Highly recommend!! We had Danny come by to fix our heater that stopped working. He was super nice and very knowledgable. He came right over on a Saturday morning within 30 minutes of when I called. A+

This company just saved Christmas for me! We haven’t had heat and I was quoted 7 times the cost by another company for unnecessary work. Affordable Heat picked up the phone and got someone to my house within the hour, I have a working furnace and money in my pocket! Highly recommend!

Bryan assisted with a Mass Saves install in coordinating and paperwork. Jimmy and Gary though were really the stars behind the install. Overall pleased and would recommend.

They installed a ductless ac system at my house and the job was done with such professionalism and quality. I’ve seen other installs and they don’t compare to the work that they did, design and function. Super super people.

I had them come do a boiler tune-up before the winter. They were 2 hours past when they said they’d be there, and I didn’t get a call until an hour and half past the scheduled time, but they did still come and were very friendly and did a great job explaining simple boiler maintenance

Disappointed, Brian came out,, was very brusk in answering questions (almost felt like he didn't want to be there); I initially decided to change over from oil to propane (this was on a saturday), by the next day I decided it was too much of a hassle to drain & remove the tank and switch over. I sent him an email the next day (mon) to the email address on his card explaining my decision - which he (told me later when I called asking why he did not respond) said he did not receive an email. So I told him my decision and he informed me he did not install oil furnaces - only propane and (something else I can't remember) but I can't understand why he wouldn't have told me that in the initial phone call to set up the walk through when I told him I wanted to replace my oil furnace - propane wasn't even on my radar at that point.

Bryan TWICE canceled on me last minute! and not even a reasonable excuse. Very unprofessional. If you want to waste your time waiting for him, go ahead but my time is more precious and there are lots of other more professional plumbers out there.

There is never a good time for a repair, but Affordable Heat & Air makes the experience as good as it can be. They are responsive, efficient, and fair. From the installation 10 years ago to service calls, their work is exemplary, clean, and organized. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company! They were very professional from the time I called them to the time the job was finished. The techs that installed our new furnace were extremely nice and professional!! They even took the time to answer all our questions. Thanks Bryan for a great product, It runs great!

Bryan treated me like a 2nd class citizen. He Was more concerned with WHO the other companies that were giving me estimates. He was rude and condescending when he pointed out that I didn't know HVAC so he didn't want to explain the process. Had no customer service etiquet. As I welcomed him into my Home, he was cussing which showed a lack of respect for me like he didn't want to be there. Very unprofessional. He made me feel uncomfortable and I had to kick him out of my house. I went with the company called Climate Design System for my HVAC business. THEY offer a better warranty service anyways.

Bryan and his staff are some of the best in the business. Very professional, and Bryan clearly cares a great deal for his business. Bryan and his team did an amazing job! I had recently purchased a home without air conditioning and I needed air conditioning, like really needed it. I wanted to use MassSave and the HEAT loan. I called several HVAC companies for quotes and information about MassSave and the benefits available. Bryan was fair and away the most knowledgeable about the program and the process of applying and getting a HEAT Loan and the rebates I qualified for. He was up front and honest about the cost, timeline and installation process. He and Jimmy explained the entire process prior to starting the job. Bryan gave me a concise recommendation for my heating and air system, but more importantly he explained why he was making those recommendations.

More importantly Bryan always returns my phone calls. I still have not received return calls or quotes from two HVAC companies. Bryan will answer his phone or return calls immediately. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Also, as a side note Bryan's sub contractors are amazing too. They were super nice and cleaned everything up after themselves.

My house is now nice and cool :) and I am confident in Bryan and his team to maintain my system for years to come

My boiler stopped working suddenly, and I called the owner pretty late at night. He took my information and told me he’d send someone over the very next morning to check it out for me. Jimmy arrived at 8 am on the dot and started working right away. He walked me through the troubleshooting steps and provided me with a ton of valuable insight and knowledge about my system and what could be going wrong. He ultimately figured out that I needed to replace a valve that was preventing my boiler from building up pressure. After getting the proper part for me, he installed the replacement for me quickly and walked me through everything that was going on. The cost was worth every penny, and I couldn’t be happier with the service that Jimmy provided. I’ll definitely be using these guys again for any future needs.

I had these guys remove radiators and put in forced hot air in a house I recently bought. I also did a bunch if other renovation at the and time. Affordable heat & air did a fantastic job and were the easiest contractor to work with. Bryan did most of the mass-save paperwork for me helping me get about 5k off my new energy efficient system.
We had it for a few years now and have not had any problems with it.
In terms of price, you get what you pay for. These guys are not cheap, but they are affordable. Their original bid was less than two others and made much more sense for my home.
It's too bad I can't add a picture because the boiler and the piping is probably the most beautiful thing in my basement, though that might be my fault.

Excellent customer service! Affordable, very helpful with everything including suggestions for financing. Delivered everything as stated on estimate. No surprises. The installation team was spectacular, very polite, respectful and personable.

AHA installed a new Hydro air system + new duct work and did a fantastic job! I applied for the heat loan through Mass Saves right when the program was implementing some major changes and Bryan helped make sure I was in the loop. He explained everything each step of the way, he was straightforward and honest. Great quality, workmanship and people. I would recommend AHA for anyone looking to get a new system installed.

We are first time home owners and a month into living in our new home our furnace went. We were stressed and overwhelmed to say the least. It was important to us that the company we wanted to work with is Veteran owned and so we came across Affordable Heat & Air. Bryan was a wealth of knowledge and came out right away with Jimmy to assess our situation and discuss with us in great length what we needed, didn’t need, and what the entire process would be in a manner that wasn’t overwhelming to us. It was a big job. Jimmy showed up Monday morning with Jose and they took down and replaced all of the old duct work that wasn’t efficient, replaced our furnace with a brand new one, added a humidifier, and central ac. Eliminated a few returns that weren’t efficient and added a couple to make it more efficient since efficiency is very important to us. They finished the entire job in 4 days. They were so professional and so tidy. I highly recommend Affordable heat and air to anyone who needs hvac services in a timely manner.

We hired Bryan, Jimmy, and their team to do a complete replacement of the heating and air conditioning system in our home including the ductwork and they did a fantastic job. We highly recommend them and couldn’t be more pleased with their work and our results. These guys are pros and it shows in their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to trouble shoot and problem solve. This is a heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) contractor not a plumbing and heating company and that’s who we wanted (and who you need) for this type of big job. Our overall system efficiency went from 80 % to 95% - good for us and the environment!
