We have been using Molly Maid to help keep our home clean for almost 5 months now, and we are incredibly happy with the attention to detail - there is nothing like the feeling of coming home to a clean house! Wendy and Jenny have been a great team, and we appreciate everything they do.

I'm in the process of listing my house for sale and needed to have the house cleaned. A friend uses Molly Maid so I thought I'd give them a try. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They gave me a thorough explanation of how the process would work and what to expect, as well as information on how pricing works so there were no surprises later on. The cleaning staff were wonderful and pleasant, and did such a great job. My house has never been so clean, and it smells nice too. I can't recommend Molly Maid highly enough, they do a wonderful job and get to all the stuff you can't get to in your day-to-day cleaning routine.

Thumbs up for Team #8 (Dolores and Maria) for a great job cleaning my house last week, and for the Spanish lesson 😊. I also want to mention another team (Alicia and Rose) who not only do an excellent job each time they clean my house, but also go the extra mile on occasion ❣️👍.

Rose and Alicia are amazing. They are very thorough and take feedback extremely well. They have made our daily life so much easier because we know that they will come make our house clean. We feel cared for by this team.

Molly maid did a great job. They worked hard for 5 hours deep cleaning our kitchen. The place was never so clean before they came I am so pleased.

Dora and Marie ( Team #5 ) were fantastic. Very kind, friendly, and courteous. I was working from home the whole time while they cleaned and they prioritized my office last so i could work in there till they needed to get in. Everything was spotless, they picked up tons of our junk and worked around some of our excess clutter without compromising on the cleaning. Looking forward to working with them again.

Update: we've been using the service for several months, always great. Most recently we've been having Team 2 Melanie and Betty, and they are equally great, they go the extra mile, and are really nice!

We have been using Molly Maid for almost two years, and have been extremely happy with the service! They do a great and quick job with cleanings, and it’s always super easy to postpone or change days should anything on our end come up. Shout out to all the teams that we’ve had over the past two years (they’ve all been great and I wish I had written this review sooner to give them all props and credit), but recently we had Team 11 and they were amazing. Thanks to all the teams for their fantastic work!

Carmen and Elin - team 12 - are terrific. They're fast, very efficient, and competent. They leave our home in great shape. I take care of my husband who has a chronic illness so seeing my home nice and clean after they leave relieves me of the burden of housework. 5 stars!

Wendy & Jenny do a great job - very detailed and efficient. Nothing gets missed, top to bottom dusting, vacuuming, mopping. The products they use are great too - leave the house smelling fresh, not like chemicals. We look forward to cleaning day every week with how great the house looks after they finish. Can’t recommend them enough!

My house isn’t dirty but I called them to come in and do a deep cleaning. At the high end I was Quoted $418. After 4 hours I toured the house with a supervisor. Bathroom first. They had knocked my blinds down and broken a blind. Baseboards were not clean and dirt balls from them dusting the blinds were now all over.
My daughters room they hadn’t vacuumed just under the bed I thought because there were more dirt balls?? They were from her ceiling fan. My sons room had dirt from the ceiling fan on his bed spread! The living room had a cheerio on the rug still and the kitchen floor had spots all over it. Furniture was halfway dusted. We have a buffet with a runner, in front of it was dusted but not the backside of it. I reached my boiling point.
They had told me they would be there by 12. My special needs daughter gets off the bus at 4. Not having a dirty house I was sure it shouldn’t take more than four hours. They didn’t show until 2! I called and was told, sorry we had a meeting. Everything was a fiasco.
The next day the owner called to apologize and said instead of charging me $605 she would discount it! What! I told her I was quoted $418 on a recorded line and she agreed she heard it but it was not her, it was their answering service. Which I was never told. So after all my complaints and literal damage to my home I was still charged the top amount I was quoted. Bad business if you ask me. Oh I forgot that it may have been 40 degrees that day and the cleaner propped open my door for 45 minutes. I saw this on my camera and drove home to shut it. My wife was disappointed because nothing smelled clean. No lemony fresh smell. Nothing. Just weird dirt balls and a bill. My house is 1100 sq ft ranch. They did offer to clean weekly for $150. Thanks for the laugh.

Hubby and I are elderly and for a while now I have not been able to clean our home as well as in the past.
Long story short, I chose Molly Maid to come and do a deep clean.
I can't say enough about the team of Maria and Rosa. They worked for 4 hrs. straight and pulled out dust that I didn't even know was there. This young team did a great job in our home. Thank you!

The team that came did an excellent job. They were very thorough and took pride with their work. We very much appreciated them.

2 polite ladies came to clean my condo. They worked quite hard. My home was sparkling ✨️ clean after 3 hours. Even my husband was impressed.

I asked for a.m.; they showed up at 12:30pm. I asked for move in/out deep cleaning. This was NOT a deep cleaning (see pics). Two people showed up with a spray bottle, a rag, and an older-than-dirt vacuum. Took them 1/2 the time quoted and the pics show why. Minimal effort, zero "elbow grease". Horrible to say the least! I legit had to clean the whole house after they left and it took me 3hrs; defeating the point of hiring a cleaning company all together. Complete waste of $360. Responded to review request afterwards and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond. Wouldn't hire them again, nor recommend.

It is unfortunate you missed my initial review on 4/11/2022 due to computer issues. While I appreciate your response finally, your offer of "help with future services" will not rectify the situation at this point. The space has been addtionally cleaned, painted and, as of May 1st, is now occupied. I thought, perhaps, some sort of reimbursement, even partially, would be offered, but that did not happen. With all due respect, this experience has soured me. Therefore, I will not be utilizing your offer for help in the future.
