Excellent service, all around.

First, they were easy to get a hold of. The woman on the phone was super-professional, and scheduling was a breeze. That stood out for me right away, along with the transparency and clarity regarding the whole process.

A team of two cleaners worked on my apartment, and they were great. I stayed out of their way, and they did their thing. They were easy to get along with, and they clearly took pride in their work.

I will continue to use this service for a semi-annual or annual “deep clean” to catch all the stuff I miss, just trying to tidy up from day to day.

Angie and Lupe did a great job cleaning my living space today. They were very detailed and thorough. Everything looks fantastic and I am very pleased with the results. I feel like a just moved into a new place! I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning. Great work!!

This service was a post-Kitchen-remodel cleanup. The team performed a complete cleaning of our house, to remove months of dust and dirt. They surprised me by emptying the waste baskets and washing the dishes we had left in the sink. Special flourishes included fan-folding the tissues and adding a special fold to the hand towels. Finally, since I was out of the house, they locked up when they left.

I used Molly Maids of Chelmsford for about 2 years, the first year they were solid cleaners, the second year the quality tanked massively, very frequently my floors weren’t mopped, shelves weren’t dusted, beds not made and my complaints were received with indifference and no respect to the price paid. I dropped them recently and they have not stopped bombarding me with texts and emails. Do not recommend
