Constraction reviews in North Reading, Massachusetts

We wanted a patio for our backyard, but were really unsure how to tackle the project. Start to finish, Joe and his team offered practical suggestions and real solutions. Joe and Elaina are organized, thoughtful, and make for a great experience. Pricing for the project was excellent, and when you factor in the professionalism - there is not a better value in town. We were thrilled to work with an outfit that provides an excellent service, and who also contributes so much to the community. Thank you!

We have been very happy with LCM Plus. Joe and his team are professional, responsive, and offer great service. When we first moved into our house, we had LCM install a new vinyl fence and completely re-level and seed the grass in our backyard. They've also installed landscaping beds and mulch. Last year we had them re-do the front steps/walkway to our house with fantastic results. LCM is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for and we are very happy with their work, plus it's great to support a local business. Highly recommend!

We hired LCM Plus to install a patio and walkway. The job started right when they said it would. The staff arrived on time everyday and were great. They worked very hard and were very neat and clean. They got the job done in less than 5 days, which was amazing considering the size. The patio is gorgeous. Those guys got skills!! The owner Joe and Elaina in the office were great. They were very patient and understanding even with last minute changes that we requested. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and experience and highly recommend them.

LCM Plus is a rare perfect contractor. The quality of their work is second to none. The workers are true craftsman that take great pride in what they do and it shows in the end result. Joe and Elaina were wonderful to work with and made sure the project stayed on schedule and checked in often to make sure we were satisfied and to tell us what they would be working on next. On our project Joe recommended everything that would make it beautiful looking, functional, and low maintenance. It is now our favorite place to be. If they only did interiors I’d want them for every project!

CJM...their people are great and their work is superior, price point is also good...I love the work they did for us and receive so many compliments on it. Trust worthy company

It has been wonderful working with CJM builders. The entire staff is amazing. quality and professionalism is outstanding.

We had CJM remodel our kitchen, living room, & 2 bathrooms, as well as add another bathroom to our primary bedroom! Everything came out great and in a timely fashion! The crew was courteous, clean & friendly! Would highly recommend!

We bought our new build house from CJM builders. The quality of craftmanship is outstanding. We have not had any problems in over three years since we bought. When we have sought their advice the team have been so quick to help. Great builders!

Cjm is a wonderful company for all your construction needs.
All the workers were on time everyday. Cleaned up after they were finished for the day.
Quality of work is top notch.
I highly recommend CJM.

CJM. Builders added a sunroom to our existing house.
The workmanship was outstanding and the various employees, from customer service, planning, and buildout were first rate. Professional and personable. We would gladly recommend them.

CJM builders remodeled our three season room to year round living space. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about them. From planning to completion, the communication was terrific. CJM listened to our ideas and thoughts. They made recommendations because they saw things we didn’t see. Mike, who oversaw the day to day operation picked up on things we never would have seen. Bree was wonderful to work with. From keeping us informed about what was going to happen next, and helping with ideas for flooring, lighting, and design. I wouldn’t hesitate giving them a call when we start our next project.

My experience with CJM was smooth and organized. I had a pop up window installed in my pool house and correspondence between ordering the window and installation was seamless. They are a well run company from their skilled workmanship to their office personal.

Great overall experience with our addition! We had planned on getting an addition put on our house for the added space and knew it was tricky based on our plot layout. We also wanted experience and referrals of past projects shown online. CJM checked all the boxes.
Chuck came out and went over numerous options helping us choose one that was best for what we wanted. We even did some adjustments during the project (pocket door) which were added.
We can't say enough about Cait, Mike, and the rest of the crew. They were very helpful and inciteful guiding us through all the little things that went into it.
This addition was exactly what we wanted.

CJM remodeled our kitchen and we were beyond satisfied with the finished product. From the initial consultation to the final day of work, everything was done to and beyond our initial expectations. Chuck and Bree were able to come up with a plan that added usable space within the existing footprint, something that other contractors we spoke with never envisioned. Bree was responsive and helpful throughout the process, constantly making us aware of who and what was coming next. John, who was on site every day, was tremendous. He was both attentive and easy to work with, and the finished product speaks to his skill. We will certainly use CJM for any projects going forward.

I just finshed up a major home renovation with CJM Builders and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From the beginning, Chuck had some great ideas on how we could create an open concept in our split level home. He and Bree worked with us until we were satisfied with a design. From there we got top quality work with every aspect of our project. John's carpentry was simply perfection with an incredible attention to detail. Nelson's painting was flawless. Bree was a very communicative and knowledgeable project manager and design consultant. The contractors they hired (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, plasterers, flooring installers, stone workers, tile installers) all did great work and took care of any issues that arose. CJM actually made it easy to live through a home renovation and I'm so glad we decided to renovate rather than move. I finally have a home that I enjoy living in and can be proud of.

The entire experience with CJM was great. Work was done with very high quality and the project management (Cait) was excellent. Communication and responsiveness were really good throughout the whole project. I highly recommend CJM!

We worked mostly with Cait. She was very responsive, listened well to our concerns and took care of issues. With a home renovation like we did, personality mattered and she was wonderful to work with.

CJM just helped us remodel our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Throughout the entire process the team was super helpful. Chuck and Kate were able to take our ideas and turn them into reality. We have an older home so it was a complete gut job as well as removing a wall between our kitchen and living room. It helped open everything up and it feels like a new house! They were able to set us up with all the vendors for appliances, countertops etc and made the whole process super easy. Any future home project we will absolutely be using CJM again!

Highly recommend CJM! They completed a total renovation of our main bathroom and converted our deck into a 3-season porch. A true turn-key solution to home renovation, from drawings to design finishes to permitting and final details. We couldn't be happier with the results!

CJM was great, I would highly recommend them and will use them again moving forward for any home renovation projects! They completed our full kitchen renovation quickly, I was impressed how efficient they were with scheduling all the subcontractors to come in and get the work done. We worked with Jeff and Cait for project management and design and they were fantastic. Really friendly people who do good work.

CJM did an amazing job in remodeling our 3 bathrooms with a lot of attention to detail. They were with us from design to finish cheerfully coming into change whether we change our mind or an error. They are super responsive! At the end of each day, they would carefully cleanup all of the work area as well as the pathways to the work area, leaving a clean house. Highly highly recommend!
