I highly recommend J. Griffin Heating and Plumbing. We needed to replace an old inefficient toilet and ran into an issue with the concrete slab. John (JT) was able to solve the problem and install the new toilet. Everything was left as clean as when he showed up. Would definitely call them again in the future.

Can feel a tad pricey, but I find it’s worth it: you often get what you pay for with plumbers and J Griffin always does good work.

Tom and Sam were great! They arrived when promised and cleared out the garbage disposal pretty quickly. I will absolutely call them first for any other plumbing issues we have! Nick and his assistant Kyara did a great job with the new shower valve and faucet replacement in my condo unit. They came very close to the opening of the arrival window and finished up in the time estimated to complete the project.

They were both very courteous and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and were generous with their time answering any questions that I had about the project– before, during and after. I would definitely recommend them and J. Griffin again for any plumbing and heating work that might be needed in the future.

Jeff installed a water filtration system into our condo. I can’t get over the difference in the taste of our water ! He was efficient and knowledgeable about the system. I look forward to having them as our local plumbing service for all of our needs.

I can’t say enough good things about J. Griffin Heating & Plumbing Inc. I needed a new boiler/heating system and switched from oil to gas. From start to finish, they were respectful, reliable, very clean and incredibly honest. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and not once did they make me feel bad or impatient for doing so — no attitude, just genuine helpfulness.

You can tell this is a family-run business that takes pride in what they do. Josh, the owner’s son, was especially impressive. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way I could easily understand, which made me feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Their financing option was also a huge help and made a big difference for me. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, down-to-earth, and skilled plumbing and heating company, look no further. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again!

As a first time home buyer, it's incredible how many things can get overlooked. After the initial offer acceptance and home inspection, we found the heating and cooling system nearing the end of their life cycle (15 years). The seller provided some documentation showing it had been recently serviced but we were still skeptical. I reached out to three other local businesses but wasn't able to get a solid estimate. That was until I spoke to Megan over at J Griffin, not only did she provide me with some great estimates for servicing and cleaning, but was able to coordinate a last minute inspection the same day. Dave was on time, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly inspected the heat pump, electric furnace, and water heater, documented, and emailed me all his findings and recommendations next morning. This was super helpful when determining our offer and understanding the costs of replacement. Megan and Dave provided great, honest, friendly service (hard to find today) - that is why I will be only calling J Griffin Heating & Plumbing from now on!

John and Delia were an outstanding team. Installed kitchen faucet efficiently, solved a water pressure issue, and both were super professional and kind.

Our hot water was not as hot as it should be. We feared it was the boiler ($$). Jeff arrived on New Years eve and within 10 minutes had it figured out. I was not the boiler. We had our hot/hot water back with - no new parts or costly repairs.
