Exceptional work by the J. Griffin team. Quote was higher than a competitor but they offer superior products and results. In and out in under 3-hrs. They even pulled out an old Expansion Tank for free!

John S did regular maintenance on by combi boiler today. He was there right on time and prepared to do the job. He was incredibly knowledgeable of my Navien unit. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the unit and servicing requirements. Kudos to John.

These guys went above and beyond! Our boiler cracked, and we had no hot water. I called and they sent Dave out the same day to assess and quote us, and they started the work the very next day. Not only that, they installed a temporary electric water heater so we could still have hot water while they replaced (and improved) our entire heating system. Jeff, Josh, and the crew were fast, professional, and precise with their installation. We couldn’t be happier.

John S. came today to repair our broken shower valve and did an outstanding job. His communication was clear, informative, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. Huge thanks to J. Griffin as well for the immediate response on a Sunday night and the quick scheduling that got our water usage back to normal. The broken bathroom valve shared the same water intake as our kitchen, so this issue had taken multiple essential areas of our home out of commission. We're very grateful for the fast and professional service.

Tom came by for a heating system check up before the winter. He was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use J Griffin for any heating service calls.

New HVAC (heat pump and backup furnace) plus new hot water tank installed. Workers were polite, respectful, communicative, worked efficiently and left everything in great shape. They even removed the old cement pad under the old AC compressor which I wasn't expecting. Very happy with the outcome and recommend J. Griffin highly. Great job, and thanks, guys!
