Mr. Joshua Drumm responded to our urgent request for assistance concerning an uprooted tree that had fallen onto our home. He visited the following day to survey the damage despite being overwhelmed with numerous requests for assistance as a result of a major thunderstorm that devastated a number of neighborhoods.
A very accommodating and accomplished crew of professionals arrived the following day. They were very polite, friendly, industrious knowledgeable and respectful of property. All tasks were completed quickly, efficiently and professionally.
The worksite was left pristine and immaculate upon completion of the tasks at hand.
We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Bartlett without reservation. It is a Best in Class business.

We have been their customer for a long time and every time they do an excellent job at a reasonable price. They are very transparent, describing the work in great details before you sign an agreement - no surprises. On Friday, a large branch broke and fell on our driveway. Spenser stopped on Sunday to see the damage. This morning, Joe, Eric and Luis, showed up and in no time cleared the tree and restored the bushes. We highly recommend them.

They did a great job replacing our moldy roof and treating our attic for mold, it’s all gone. No more mold smell and we have a brand new ventilated roof and attic with insulation that keeps our attic cool. Alex Levitsky was totally awesome. He came to remove some mold in our living room and did the whole job himself in one day. He is professional, kind, polite, clean and not only did a thorough high quality job, but is a nice guy.

I’m not usually a review person (this is actually my first) but this service was so outstanding that I had to show my appreciation. I found mold behind my fridge and needed it removed fast. I called at the end of the day on a Tues. and spoke with Laurie who let me know she would get someone on it as soon as she could. I got a call back midday on Wed. from Alex L. that he could come out the same day to do the free assessment/estimate. Alex provided me with a quote on site and came to do the work the next morning with his partner, Artem. He texted me ahead of time to let me know that they were picking up supplies and would be arriving shortly. Communication was excellent throughout. They got to work immediately and were focused and efficient. They even stayed late so that they could finish the job in one day! Alex and Artem were clearly knowledgeable about the work they were doing and didn’t hesitate to answer all of my questions. They were so professional, courteous and kind, they really should be called the A-Team!

Alex diagnosed a water leak that was very difficult to locate. He was very thorough and I felt confident in his knowledge of the problem and how to proceed to have it repaired.

Vlad was so kind I have been not feeling well and he came out on a Saturday identified black mold on the wall where water was getting in from an empty air conditioner unit that was not sealed. He wiped it away and did not even charge me. Which he could have but was compassionate for my feeling unwell. He was very kind to have made the trip to wipe it away to help. Highly recommend him, such a caring, concerned person
