Reviews of local pros in Northampton, Massachusetts

I was extremely impressed with the quality of service from start to finish. I moved in to a new house, and wanted a deep clean. The owner made an appointment, was on time and have an estimate immediately.

On the day of the scheduled work, the job was completed and it was EXCEPTIONAL. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone. They have an eye for detail, professional, understanding of their clients needs and trustworthy. The best part, they used cleaning products that did the job, and did not leave my house smelling like chemicals as I am sensitive to those smells.

I will be calling them back and sending referrals. Thank you so much for a job perfectly done. Thank you again!

Anyone looking to get a good cleaning whether or not its a deep clean, spring clean, dusting, etc definitely give Busy Bee-Cleans a try! They are very responsive, on-time, efficient and effective.

They are very thorough and detail oriented! Also, TRUSTWORTHY! Like you may be, I was skeptical at first but you will not be disappointed in their services. I loved how everything came out, including but not limited to; the stove, fridge, blinds & windows, bathroom furnishings, home decor & knick knacks....

Carrielynn and Jon did an amazing job. We hired Busy Bee Cleans to do a “move-in” clean for our new home. They made the 100 year old house feel brand new. The cobwebs are gone, the light fixtures and shining and it smells so fresh. Carrielynn was accommodating as we shifted dates around while navigating some renovation projects, she arrived early and kept me informed. Can’t say enough good things!

Look no further for a professional who will NOT only leave your business property looking spic and span BUT will also give her 110% to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have NOT had my portrait studio cleaned in 3 years professionally and WOW my mouth dropped open when I walked into it. It was like a BRAND NEW space. Carrielynn, the owner, even went out on the roof and cleaned my floor to ceiling windows from outside! My studio smelt like a piece of heaven when she was done! So incredibly happy with her services. AMAZING service and professionalism is key to running a successful business. Busy Bee Cleans HAS it ALL! Hire them for Residential or Business and you will NOT be disappointed!!

I thought we kept our household clean, but wanted a nice deep cleaning after a busy summer. Upon returning home after our deep cleaning I was pleasantly surprised at how noticeably cleaner our house was!! The crew was friendly, responsive and on time, we will definitely utilize Busy Bee-Cleans again.

I reached out to Carrie in regards to help with a post-tenant apartment clean out, and not only did she respond shortly after I messaged her, but she came to the property that day to look at the space. I was very pleased with the services she provided; the price was extremely reasonable considering she covered just about every inch of the apartment! I would definitely use her and her team again in the future, as well as recommend them to others!

Carrielynn is truly amazing. She’s built an incredible brand and it’s always a fun experience to work with her on different projects. Professional, responsive and does the best cleaning job I’ve ever encountered. She is a hard worker, highly skilled and cares about her clients and referral clients. You will be most impressed, do not hesitate to contact Busy Bee!

Busy Bee-Cleans is the best! Carrielynn did an amazing job with the move-in deep clean for my new home. I was blown away by the results and so happy with the service. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to start fresh! 10/10!

We’ve lived in our home for about two years and have been doing cleaning and upkeep on our own. I wish I hired busy bee sooner! We did a deep clean and our home truly looks brand new. She got to areas I never would have thought of- the lighting is brighter, the floors pristine, the vents brand new, and with two dogs- I can’t find a speck of hair. Not only did she do an incredible job, but she was willing to travel for our services. I only wish she lived closer! Cannot wait to do this again. Couldn’t recommend this business more.

Busy Bee / Carrielynn is the most incredible cleaning service I have ever had to date!! From the first time she cleaned my home (which steam cleaning method is amazing!!) I also use her bi weekly she would always update me on things that needed extra love things I didn't even notice and always watching out for my home!! We just recently moved and she was the first person I called to do a move in clean because I knew she would make sure it was all set!! She loves what she does and has a passion behind her work that makes her stand out to me. I would recommend her to anyone that loves there home and wants to have a sigh of relief when they come home knowing she has just been there! Shes the best there is!!!

We reached out to Busy-Bee Cleans for a Move-In Clean at our new home. We've tried out all kinds of cleaners in the past, all of whom we've liked personally, but there were two issues we'd almost always encounter: neglected spots and toxic cleaning products. We were prepared to trade for one or the other but with Busy Bee-Cleans, we finally found a service that we didn't have to! From the very beginning, Carrielynn, was so professional, responsive, transparent, and patient, answering all of my questions about the products they use, and services they offer. She was also willing to be flexible day-of. Given that we hadn't moved into our new home yet, we didn't necessarily know what services we might need in addition to the ones we had selected ahead of time. Carrielynn kept in touch throughout the process and even went out of her way to recommend methods and products to us if we wanted to tackle a project ourselves later on. While the house didn't appear to be in terrible shape before Busy Bee-Cleans arrived, my husband and I immediately noticed the difference once we arrived. Details like windowsills, light switches, the insides of kitchen and bathroom drawers were not forgotten. Our home just smelled better, which is to say -- free of the previous owner's smells! :-) Thank you, Busy Bee, for helping us truly feel "at home" in our new home!
