Reviews of local pros in Northampton, Massachusetts

I am terribly disappointed in this cleaning. We were charged $250 for a "deep cleaning" which was barely a surface clean. Floors, woodwork, windowsills were still spotted and dusty. I did some sponging up of our kitchen floor where there were still little spills, and my sponge came back dirty each time, as if a mop had only lightly been passed over the floor, never mind the edges. Kitchen sink was left dirty. Countertops and a table were never wiped down, and we had to put back things like shoes just left on a bench, and chairs, rugs, and cushions that weren't reorganized after they were moved. This is NOT worth the money. I could have done this in an hour and a half myself, which was not the point of hiring a company to do a deep clean.

Eduardo’s team were prompt, professional and skilled. They did a great job on a difficult property. I definitely recommend them.

They did an amazing job. Cleaned new house before we moved in. Scrubbed floors and even got rid of lingering cat smell from previous owners. Hire these people. They are great.

Excellent service by great people! Completely self-sufficient (brings all own supplies and equipment), detail oriented and just great people. Eduardo and his team are wonderful for work and home services. Totally recommend! Support local business!

Quite simply, the best company I have ever hired! Incredibly hard-working and very responsible. Excellent quality work. I'll certainly use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

Awesome company! Eduardo and his team have done work for me twice at both my commercial and residential properties. His prices are fair and his quality of service is fantastic.

Eduardo and his team have cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment twice now and each time I am so impressed with how great of a job they do! I highly recommend hiring for any of your cleaning needs!

Eduardo and his partner did a great job deep cleaning our home for moving in, including removing the dust that had accumulated from multiple construction projects.

BEWARE! I booked Eduardo for a set date for when we closed on our home. I also reconfirmed 2 days beforehand. He never showed up. I kept calling and texting and when he finally answered he said that he couldn't get a hold of his ladies and they weren't returning his calls. His staff should have known the day before that they had a job. He said he could get a staff together for the next day and come out. I said yes as I was in a desperate pinch. He was a no show the next day as well and did not answer my calls or texts again. What a sad way to run a business - committing to someone and then leaving them high and dry.

Eduardo and his team did a professional job at a reasonable price. His team was on time, thorough, respectful and did a great job. Eduardo was super responsive. I would highly recommend Eduardo and his team to anyone.

Eduardo is extremely thorough, professional, and detail-oriented. In addition to the more obvious cleaning, he cleaned my toaster oven, microwave, and stovetop without my even asking. Since he’s started cleaning my place, I can literally breathe easier in my home. Strongly recommend.

Eduardo’s team did an amazing job cleaning after a move out. Very responsive and on time, and a beautiful job. Highly recommended!

Eduardo and his staff did a great job of cleaning my sister’s home in Brattleboro. We chose them because they have good reviews and are very covid-safe. They wore gloves and masks and cleaned and dusted every area. My sister was so happy to come home from a long hospital stay to a sparkling, clean home. I would highly recommend them.

Our campground Travelers Woods of New England recently hired the team from Commercial & Home Cleaning. I cannot stress enough how well of a job they did in our main guest check in building. They were super responsive and had great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Eduardo for a move-out cleaning quote, and he and his crew all came SAME DAY literally not two hours after I called. Work was done in a timely and professional way even while working around me frantically trying to empty out the place. And short notice on a Saturday no less! Overall could not have asked for better. Best cleaner in the valley!

Eduardo is very professional, reliable and consistent. He and his team have been cleaning our business in Northampton for five months and they do a really good job. Now we'll be inviting them to come clean our home as well.

Eduardo and the women who helped clean my apartment for a move out were extremely helpful, professional and accommodating throughout our interactions. I felt very comfortable working with them and the way they followed covid protocol. The work they did was awesome and I would not hesitate to refer all my friends to them in the future. Thanks Eduardo and Crew!

Commercial & Home Cleaning cleaned my 4000+ sq ft single family home which was in extremely dirty condition after a tenant vacated. They started working the same day they were hired. The job took two days and they did a very good job for a great price. Highly recommended!

We just had our first house cleaning with them and we are beyond impressed. They did a thorough job, well above and beyond a standard cleaning. They were extremely friendly, easy to communicate with and overall very professional. We look forward to continue working with them and we highly recommend to anyone looking for housecleaning services.

Eduardo and his team are great! They have been cleaning our office building for about a month and we have nothing, but good things to say about them. Eduardo is very professional and easy to communicate with.

Wow! Eduardo and his crew put in a long day, starting early and ending late, to clean our house so it would be ready for market listing. Our four bedroom, three bathroom home was spotless and fresh from the kitchen, to laundry room, and sunroom. The shiny windows and appliances made the home very presentable for the future owner to see the beauty of mom and dad’s home.

Not only a professional cleaning, but Eduardo was quick to respond to my weekend request with a fair, negotiated contract. I can confidently recommend Eduardo to all my friends and neighbors.
