I previously used a plumber that couldn't install a gasket causing a leak between bowl & tank after 3 new gaskets. Called V&G Plumbing, they showed up on time, used the correct gasket for the model, worked efficiently & it leaks no more! Didn't have to buy a new toilet. They won my confidence & any future business.

I had to replace a yard faucet that broke down - would not close unless I turned off the water main.
Dennis who came out from Sharp plumbing was excellent - arrived punctually, was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He looked at several other non-urgent plumbing related things in the home on my request. Would highly recommend Dennis. Great experience overall.

I contacted Sharp on Monday about having a leaky faucet knob fixed, and they were able to quickly give me an appointment for Tuesday. Breno from Sharp Plumbing was a pleasure to work with! I needed a new water heater, and was quoted a very fair price by Sharp. The one we agreed on was not available at installation time, so a larger capacity one (costing considerably more on the original quote sheet) was substituted, with the originally quoted price for the smaller one honored. The installation was quick and seamless, and the water heater has been working great.

Start to finish, this company is strikingly personable and professional, so much so that each person deserves credit. The agents on the phone were easy to talk to, and responsive. The supervisor, Eric, showed impressive commitment to getting the project coordinated. And the plumbers on site, Leo and Adriana, were nothing short of fantastic. Plumbing problems can be stressful. Leo and Adriana were thorough, communicative, and smart. And they are just good people. I was unlucky to have a plumbing issue pop up, but I was lucky to find them.

Sharp over-communicates, which is amazingly great: they have a dedicated scheduler, follow up with emails and texts if you give permission, sending a short bio on the person coming to do the repairs and messaging about their ETA.

Breno was our plumber today, and he was joined after a bit by Leo. They're also great: professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They diagnosed our problem--which, unfortunately requires a return visit for some uncommon parts--fixed what could be fixed today and booked the return visit, all within 90 minutes. They even waived the fee for today's visit since they could only patch the real fix.

I've worked with quite a few plumbers and they've all been good at what they do. Sharp is very good at what they do and they've invested a lot of effort into running their business efficiently. Highly recommended.
