Gui was ABSOLUTELY the BEST! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Highly recommend! Pleasant and worked with me to get the best deal for the problem I was having. Extremely fast service as well.

I cant say enough good words about this business and the staff who installed my new hot water heater and filtration system! They know their stuff and we had a smooth installation. They are gentlemen too! They found a serious electrical problem that had neen brewing with the existing water heater that could have ended badly if it had gone undetected. They educated me on what they erre doing and why all along the way. I will use them for all my plumbing work from now on.

Dennis and Robert came over today to do some work on our water/plumbing. They were efficient and did a good job. We always use them for their services! Highly recommend.

I would not recommend Sharp Plumbing and Heating. The first time, they came to my home to remove and cap a gas fireplace. The work was done very well, however, I told them to look at my water heater as I knew it needed to be replaced and my boiler to see if it was in working order, they then quoted me outrageously for a new water heater and boiler, saying I needed a new boiler as well and also that two other things in the home needed to be replaced. So I got a second opinion, and the second opinion told me that my boiler and the other things they pointed out did not actually need to be replaced. My boiler is working perfectly to this day. They came to my home a second time (because no one else was available) to disconnect my gas dryer and reconnect it because I purchased a new dryer and needed laundry. They quoted me outrageously again, said I needed a permit etc. I ended up going with a different plumber for both my water heater, boiler maintenance, and the gas dryer. The total cost for the new water heater, boiler maintenance, and the gas dryer disconnect/reconnect with the other plumbers wasnt even half the price that Sharp quoted me for all of those things, many of them unnecessary. And the other guys did a great and efficient job. I think they saw that I was knew homeowner and assumed I knew nothing and that I was desperate.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Dennis M from Sharp Plumbing and Heating Company! He came out to fix my super clogged kitchen sink. He was awesome! He walked me through everything he was doing and explained the issue. Highly recommend!

Leo came out and completed a rebuild on my toilet and also replaced the stems on my bathroom sink. He did an excellent job and left the area neat and tidy. He was very personable and I was very comfortable with him performing the work.

Let me just start by saying God knew exactly what He was doing by sending Sharp Plumbing and Remodeling technician. I called and needed urgent service due to a water heater leak & water went through the walls and carpet. Gui was finishing up work in Worcester and in less than an hour he was at our house.

Gui was very professional, very knowledgable and very patient and walked us through all the steps of what the process pertains. He gave an advice on starting a claim and reaching out to a restoration company to avoid risks that come with water damage.

He later got the service manager (Nick) on the phone who was very patient as well, understanding and a man full of compassion. Truly, God uses people as a blessing in our lives and Nick, Gui and Breno were definitely a blessing to our family.

Breno and Gui did an amazing job, amazing guys and Sharp Plumbing and Remodeling were very well represented. It was a lot of work but they were very efficient and their prices are reasonable.

This company paid forward in a way that our family and I were deeply grateful. May God bless the work of your hands and thanks for saving us more damage by showing up promptly and doing an amazing job.

Leo arrived on time, explained in detail what he was here to do and executed his job very professionally. He was available to answer questions and very polite. Will use Sharp again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sharp Plumbing. Breno, Gabriel, Gui, Nick, and Eric were fantastic. This is what they do. Plumbing. So they know it and have mastered it. They are as professional as they come. From my first call, I was so overly impressed with not only getting a live person, but having him get someone out to me same day when I had no hot water. They call you and text when you they are about to come your way. You get a text with a pic and name of who's coming so you feel safe. And then once they do the diagnosis, they have you do a quick conference call with their service managers so they can thoroughly explain what the issues are and offer multiple options for remedies. I have never had a company do this. I was very pleased. It turns out Navien tankless water heater was toast. Would have cost 1/2 the cost of a new one to fix and there's no guarantee other parts of it wouldn't fail going forward. So they walked me through my options and suggested a Rinnai tankless water heater. Superior brand. Very few issues. Easier to maintain. And they professionally install them and offer years of service and maintenance with the purchase.

I haven't been this impressed with a "home repair" place before. These guys are just top notch and set the bar for what I'd love to see from any company that has to come into my home to work on something small or major.
