Professional. Pool liner beautiful. Highly recommend.

As a newer pool owner (only two years in), I initially found learning all about the pool pretty overwhelming—but Shawn and his crew have been absolutely fantastic and patient every step of the way. They handle my pool openings and closings each season, and I’ve always had a great experience.
Most recently, I had my pool liner replaced, which felt like a huge and stressful job to me. Shawn and his team made the entire process easy and seamless. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and delivered great results.
It’s such a relief to work with a company that’s reliable, professional, and truly knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend Shawn and his crew to anyone looking for honest, high-quality pool service!

This was an amazing company to work with. They’re all very professional and they did an amazing job helping us quickly find our pool problems and fix them. We will use them for all pool related jobs.

These guys were so cool. They took the time to explain everything to me. They gave me advice on how to better run my pool, and even save some money! They fixed my pump and unclogged my filter in about a half hour, then sat and explained the whole process. My pool was green for 3 weeks and crystal clear in a few days thanks to CPR!!

Can’t say enough great things about CPR & Shawn the owner. We had a 15 yr old liner that he did for us in 2008. Held up well but had a leak now & was worn. Set up in fall of 2022 for install by April/ early May 2023. Shawn came out in April to start process. We had some setbacks due to weather, & liner delay by mfr, ground water you name it but he pushed & got job done in time for a party I had scheduled for Memorial Day. A lot of extra work req’d that he didn’t charge for. Liner looks beautiful & my family is enjoying. Highly recommend.

Called 6 pool places to fix my pool filter... only 3 bothered to called back... 2 said they'd come out when they got around to it (refused to give any kind of timeline and quoted a crazy high price)) BUT CPR came out in a couple of days, did the job better than I could have hoped and solved a longstanding problem in the process. CPR also did the repairs for a very reasonable price and did more than they had to. Best experience in the 20 years I've had the in-ground pool. Highly recommend. Will absolutely use CPR again!

We had our pool liner replaced 3 years ago and have had problems ever since. The liner was initially sized wrong, so now every spring we have to reattach the liner to the sides as it pulls out over the winter, which is very difficult to do. Shawn refuses to come fix it, he hasn’t bothered to return any of our multiple phone calls or requests to fix this issue. We have a warranty on the liner for 5 years (which he holds), so no other company will help us. Additionally, he took it upon himself to order an extra truck of water to fill the pool that we did not request. He refused to come and look at anything regarding the pool until we paid for this second truck that we did not ask for. I would not recommend his services unless you want problems year after year.

I had several issues with my pool that came with the home I purchased 4 years ago. I have lost track of the thousands of dollars I have paid the previous company who couldn’t seem to take care of the green, cloudy water or diagnose what the problem was. Along came Shawn, and my pool is crystal clear without draining my finances. He is attentive and dependable. Thanks Shawn and crew for making me smile!!!

Shawn has serviced our pool now for over five years and his knowledge and expertise are outstanding! He is a professional business owner and his crew is kind, courteous and together they all have collaborated Multiple times over the years to fix, install, diagnose, open and close our in ground pool, which, as other reviewers have mentioned, most of the other local Pool companies can’t do three out of those five items. Shawn is fair in his pricing and very reliable! I highly recommend CPR Pool of Norton MA!!

We used CPR Pools for the first time today. We had our 30k gal gunnite pool closed. They came on time. They seemed to be knowledgeable. Did a thorough job. There was a crew of three. They easily managed our unusually shaped loop lock cover. Their truck was well stocked for a pool closing. Our phone calls setting up the closing were returned.
I would highly recommend.

I had CPR Pool Inc. replace my liner last season. I’ve been very impressed with the quality of product and the good service I’ve received. They are now my go to for openings, closings and service.

I had a great experience working with Brenna, my house was a mess after being inside with the snow storms. She did a tremendous job making the house look spotless. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for cleaning services.

The Clean Standard is amazing!! My house looked better than when it was brand new! Very easy to work with even with my difficult schedule. I love love love all the work they did! Will definitely be using them again!
