Worst experience I've ever had with a pool company. Run as fast as u can away from MCM pools. What a nightmare of an experience.

If you are looking for professional and reliable service, look no further. Their entire team is dedicated to quality work and is a pleasure to work with. It is hard to find reliable service, but they found a way to provide it!

I spoke to a man named Kirk this morning about my friend intex above ground pool even though MCM pool does not service self above installation for above ground pools Kirk was so helpful over the phone he was very patient with me even when I called back I would recommend them to anyone for pool services Kirk is very knowledgeable about swimming pools thank you Kirk I appreciate your help over the phone !!!

This is a first time experience buying a pool. I was told they couldnt install the pool because I didnt buy it through through them therefore they couldnt warranty the product ( or make a profit) from where I purchased the pool from.

If there could be negative stars I would give it to this company. First off no one answers the phone. There is no way that there is so many calls they pick up the phone, they only communicate through email. They keep blaming covid on not giving an actual time. They blew me off twice for a pool opening, last time I will ever consider them. There are better companies in the Norton area

Steve and Josh opened my pool today - they did a great job and were a pleasure to speak with. I always have a great experience with MCM Pools - would recommend to anyone who needs regular pool service.

I've used them many times. A few years ago I give them 5 stars but now for some reason they just don't seem to want my business. My pool was green, algae had taken over. The owner Kurt said oh we don't clean that stuff??? The top rails had rotted and I ordered new parts. Oh we can't install that there's too much liability involved??? So what do you do exactly?

I notified MCM that I had a leak and needed them to come. Rather than just sending someone, it took over a week as they asked more questions and for pictures, all while I was losing more water. Once they decided to come, the work was done properly, and at a fair price.

I've known Chris since he was a young boy, he is honest and a hard worker, so I knew that his pool business MCM Pool would be the best pool company for me. His work ethics and Honesty, that is hard to find these days. He has gone over and above.. I would highly recommend his company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unreliable. They only performed partial services but charged full price. Better off going with Pools Unlimited. They (PU) provide excellent service and complete the job. MCM opened my pool at the beginning of June and we still can't swim in it. When Pools Unlimited opened our pool, we swam in the pool the very next day. Additionally, they told me I could pay an additional $95 per hour for a "Clean Until Clear" service. What a scam!

When opening my gunite Pool this year my Pool was especially black. I called a Dedham Pool co. We ve used for years to set up an opening and super power vac. It turned out they needed to put a new timer in. They ordered but didn t save a close date for the cleaning. They were booked out one month. Didn t seem to care that the house is on the market so I tried another two local pool service co. Boy customer service isn t what it used to be. I went on line and read reviews about other Pool co. Near Walpole Ma. MCM had the best reviews hands down. I called and explained my rush to scheduling and I was told let me turn you over to a manager. Alec saved my summer. He worked around me draining retiling and having water refilled in the pool. He put me on early on his schedule or last and squeezed me in so the Pool would be pristine for any potential buyers. His crew are checking in several times this week because they care about what they do. I already moved to Florida but MCM made this disaster pleasant. Anyone looking for a superb pool co. They do all services call them. Their follow up is 100% and they are proud of their work. They bring great customer service up to a level anyone would be thrilled with. Thanks MCM. Maura McCarthy

$553 to close an in ground pool with no chemicals included is highway robbery.
MCM was great when they were privately owned. Now MCM is owned by a corporation and they are price gouging.
Look for pool service elsewhere…pool owners beware of MCM.

Generally I do not write many reviews, but when I do its because a company exceeded my expectations. Hi my name Dave from Cumberland RI.I had a major problem with my pool when removing the cover I dumped all the dirt and leaves right into it, literally it looked like a polluted swamp. I Called MCM pools June 24th along with several other companies for a clean up, MCM was the only company that called me back.I received a call from Alec, explained my situation and within minuets he designed a plan that allowed our family to be swimming in a clear beautiful pool before the 4th of July. People are quick to bash when they perceive poor service or price gouging. MCM pools far exceeded my expectations with the service they provided but more importantly the communication with managers like Alec who was not only knowledgeable but personable and engaging. I been a customer literally 10 days and had 3 or more phone conversations with him which says a lot. Bottom line This company wants to earn your business and tries to exceed expectations, im old school and dont impress easily or expect much, but MCM pools more than met the challenge.

Matt from MCM provided me with some of the best service I had in years. The guy is extremely knowledgeable and went far beyond the service I was expecting. He. Helped me fix my pool equipment

We were experiencing a minor leak within the plumbing of our pool however it was not clear as to where the leak was originating. There were a couple of options from which to pick. Frankly I had no idea which one was truly the best one, so (throwing caution to the wind...I asked the guy fixing the pool) I asked Matt the foreman for this project, for his opinion. His response was rather straightforward and he sounded like he knew what he was doing. However, I couldn't get past the idea that I might just handed ANOTHER project guy a blank check. NOT this time! Matt went to work and called an hour later with a response that was rather remarkable. "I believe we've figured out where the leak is coming from and it's my sense that we can fix it with a lot less money than I originally thought." I told him it was great to finally work with someone with such integrity. That's when he said, "Thanks, I'm a Scout an EAGLE Scout and I takes his job and this business very seriously." I've been an MCM customer for a couple of years this interaction has truly cemented my loyalty and confidence in MCM.

We were unhappy with our existing pool guys and of course our pool pump brakes. We took a chance on a local company and were more than satisfied with the price, and speed of installing our new pump. They even came back the next day to fix a leak totally unrelated to the pump install. Fantastic, definitely going to make MCM our new pool service company!

Great team at MCM! Had an issue with equipment after pool opening and they were the first to call back and Kurt remained in constant communication when scheduling. Service from Eric was great as he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. Will be reaching out when service is needed

Eric and Adam just did my pool opening, and kickstart. They did a GREAT job! Eric also took the time to go through my whole system with me inclusive of the filter and pool heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he did it, and I felt comfortable, and well educated as I took my notes too. I would definitely recommend this team if I had any needs in the future.

We did a liner replacement during Fall of 2021 to have pool ready for 2022 season. The workmanship is 2nd to none and the communication is fantastic. So glad I was referred to MCM. Chris who oversaw the job is the best... so friendly and a master of his trade. I highly recommend.

I recently purchased a home in which the neglected state of our inground pool was not fully disclosed. We had pounds and pounds of debris, pine needles, shovels, and boards (not exaggerating). My husband and I did as much as we could but got to a point where we needed professional help. I contacted many pool cleaning companies and no one responded (likely because it was busy season...June). MCM not only responded, but got us on the schedule timely. Every technician was kind and willing to take time amongst this big job to educate me as a new pool owner. The manager, Alec, also was a great communicator..helping to answer my questions and ease my frustrations. My husband and I worked on this dang pool for 4-6 weeks. MCM was able to wrap up the job in 2 weeks and we are finally swimming. I am beyond appreciative!

I cannot recommend MCM pools enough! They did incredible work on fixing and relining my pool. Chris was extremely communicative and walked me through each step of the process. He called with frequent updates and was flexible while pending my insurance company. Through this project MCM pools has gained a forever customer.
