I highly recommend Landmarc for any of your lawn or snow removal needs. Marcus and his crew are professional and extremely thorough. In our Blizzard of 2026, his crew was exceptional and timely in getting our condominium area cleared out. They kept the roads passable and the parking areas clear. They certainly had the equipment and operators of the equipment needed to do the job. Thank you Marcus and your crew.

I've hired Beantown several times and I've had a great experience every time. Reasonable prices, good service for scheduling, professional folks. Dependable contractors are hard to find, and these guys are very dependable.

UPDATE 12/2/22- Okay, I honestly think they were going through a transition and couldn't get a worker out to do the inspection on the work. We finally set up an appointment for early today and Jay the electrician arrived right on time and was really easy to work with. He also pointed out he could repair my broken intercom system if I provided him with the model numbers for the parts. They also did NOT charge me for this half hour inspection which I really appreciated... My faith has been restored in this company!

OLDER REVIEW (w/ one star)- I had used Beantown Electric for a couple years. Initially they did good work although it was pretty expensive. I chose to stay with them even though they cost more because I felt the electricians were knowledgable. I had used them to begin creating a 3rd panel for public lighting in my 2 unit condo. Again, initially they did great work (which cost a lot). They then said they couldn't complete the work because the ground was too frozen to add a ground outside. In Spring I called and eventually got an appointment. Turns out this work took about 15minutes but I was charged quite a bit (over $1k). They said they only needed to come back with an inspector and it would be up and running. I called and emailed several times but got no response for several months. Finally someone called and said they could come by next week to once again inspect the work done. I asked if this would be done with a city inspector and they said that would happen on the next visit [read: You'll be charged again for absolutely no work]. Since I had used them up to this point for the work I decided I would bite the bullet, take off a day of work and wait around between 12-5 for them to show up, inspect for a few minutes and charge me a bunch of money (but then I would finally get the inspection set up). Needless to say, I got no phone call/text and nobody showed. I now have to find another company to inspect what they did and get a city inspector to approve. This business is a mess and deserves no more money from me!

The best response, service and pricing we have had when needing a repair person on what was an unexpected electrical issue. Thank you. Theresa was so understanding and informative..yes a real person answers the phone! Will use them again and recommend them to Norton residents needing electrical repairs.

Cole fixed a 3 panel bathroom switch that kept burning out and replaced the hardware and he replaced our 4 smoke alarms and 4 Carbon Monoxide/smoke alarms. He was friendly,personable,informative in explaining everything which we really appreciated and worked efficiently. We’d definitely call Beantown for any future electrical work .

The owner of this company is so rude. We are forced to use this company due to a buddy buddy deal.

Extremely expensive and not great work. Charged a ridiculous amount of money for 20 min work. Do not use!
