Goes to a rental property to troubleshoot AC issues, does the work without contacting the landlord for permission then has the tenant pay the bill almost $4000.00. The company hasn't responded to the landlord's attempts to contact them. Shady business practices

Two years ago My heater is broke. I call this guy .He told me the system is broke. You need to get newone.
Charge me almost two hundred dollars. Second day I find new guys coming look. he say just wire Problem 150.Never Call this guy

I would give him zero if that was an option. He came to look at my Condensor and claimed it needed freeon. He charged over a thousand dollars. Two days later condensor died and had to be replaced. He over charges and causes more problems thsn he's worth. Trying to dispute his charge. He's a crook. Never hire this company#

The first few companies I called either didn't answer, or they were doing large projects unavailable for real-time emergencies. They were kind, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend.

My heater went at 830 PM. Called these guys to come out and check it. They did, and said they would be back in the morning. Next day they replaced it. 4 hours work and a new heater was 3400$. The heater cost 900$ they charged me 2900$. plumber got 125$ HR. for 500 total. Total nightmare establishment. Wholesale company told me they owe 20k and dont pay thier bills. AVIOD at all cost!!
