I had my master bath and powder room remodeled in 2024. The whole process was very efficient. I first met with their design person, Karen. She helped me pick out all the tile, fixtures, and cabinets. She also suggested paint colors and made that part of the process fun.
Craig coordinated the whole project from demolition to the final paint job. Everything stayed on schedule and I am really happy with the end results.
I highly recommend Transitions Kitchen and Bath for remodeling projects.

Fantastic showroom helpful staff

I can't comment in the quality of service, but only because I was waiting to be talked to in the lobby for 15 minutes before I just left. Nobody greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Will not recommend.

I met with Karen today. She was so rude and pretentious that she was comical. I felt like I was on a Saturday Night Live skit. Never going back.

Quality and professionalism of the installation of my kitchen was very disappointing. It is still in the process of being corrected and finished. This has been going on since June.

The main person there--I think her name is Karen--has a pretty bad and pretentious attitude. In my opinion is that her sales strategic is to demean her own customers and bully them into things they don't want or need. So, I went elsewhere.

They do a excellent work! They are super clean, fast and organized. Craig is a awesome and honest guy. He does a nice and neat work. Highly recommend!!!

This group of incompetents is nothing short of pathetic. Very young workers who clearly show their inexperience with the quality of work, incomplete work days and the endless amount of time they take to get anything done. Rarely if ever does any supervisor or owner appear to 'crack the whip' in order to complete the job. If you are considering this company to do your work I state emphatically, don't walk away.........RUN!! Take heed to this and other negative reviews. Much like cockroaches, for every one you see there are likely 100 others.

We worked with Craig and Veronica on a major kitchen remodel. It came out great. They finished on schedule and we were very pleased with their work. The finishes and details really also show up in their work.

Craig and Karen did a fantastic job coming up with a functional design for our kitchen update for our beloved summer family home. Everything came out perfect, from the design, products, color scheme and all the add ons!

Transitions K & B stayed with their timetable to complete our kitchen remodelling project....that was the positive. The big negative was after final payment a large base sliding cabinet completely ripped out of its plate anchor and after admitting it need to be fixed, the owner completely went silent on coming to rectify this major defect. I made many attempts over 8 months to have this fixed without result and now will have to pay another company to fix this.

Craig and his team do great work from the design phase through the construction phase of a project. Always helpful with finding solutions for unique issues that can emerge with any remodeling job. Team is professional and courteous, and they are diligent in making sure every project is thoroughly cleaned up prior to completion. I would highly recommend Transitions.

We used Transitions to update our bathroom last year. We were delighted with the service and results. The staff was courteous and professional, the quality of the products were top notch and the designer worked so well with our vision. Our new bathroom is quite literally the nicest room in our home! We had a great experience with our kitchen remodel. We had a challenging space and Karen and Craig helped a lot with the design. The team stuck to the timeline, left the house neat, were easy to communicate with, and were very accomodating when small things came up that needed to be adjusted. Highly recommend!
