Craig & his team were great! Our bathroom/basement remodel went smoothly. The Transitions team was coordinated and kept our home clean throughout the project. End results were beautiful!

We worked with John and Craig for our Kitchen make over and the results were Amazing. John was instrumental in helping us design the lay out and Craig and his crew were the utmost professionals. Craig and his team did an amazing job with our project - renovating the kitchen and first floor bathroom/laundry room, adding a mudroom, and reconfiguring our entry. Karen was very helpful throughout the design process and the construction crew was great to work with.

The TK&B team did a complete gut renovation on our kitchen. The end product is beautiful. Craig, Chris, Mike and the team are honest and ultimately want the customer to be happy with the outcome. Understanding that renovations rarely go smoothly, it was easy to work with them to end up with something that our entire family enjoys on a daily basis. We would work with them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with nice people who are committed to delivering quality products to the community they serve.

I was a complete rookie going into the building/design process and really needed someone to guide me and take me under their wing. Karen did that and more. She walked me through every step and quickly got to know my style and taste, while being incredibly patient as I made some big decisions along the way.

Karen helped design our kitchen, mudroom, laundry room, two full baths, and two half baths. I knew what I liked and didn’t like, but my biggest worry was that everything wouldn’t flow together. She made sure the flow, which was so important to me, came together beautifully.

Transitions was also wonderful working with our contractor and stayed patient and flexible when timelines shifted. One thing I really appreciated about Transitions was that it was truly a one stop shop with a huge variety of options to choose from.

When it came time for installation, the workers and subcontractors were meticulous. Like any project, there were a few things that needed to be changed or fixed, and their team was attentive and got the subcontractors back out in a timely manner. It was so exciting to see all the plans come to life. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Karen and the team at Transitions.

Working with Transition Kitchens and Bath was a seamless, easy and pleasant process from beginning to end that resulted in a new kitchen that exceeded my expectations. This was my first home remodel. I went into it with some trepidation given my concerns about my own bandwidth to manage the process and the inevitable headaches one hears about with home remodels. My experience, from the moment I met with Veronica, an in house designer, to the last day of the project, was enjoyable. They managed the entire project and took responsibility for all the finite details. I just had to make myself available when they had questions. TK&B was patient and helpful during the design process. The team that gutted the kitchen down to the studs was quick, professional and friendly. The carpenters, electricians and plumbers, all on staff at TK&B, that built the kitchen were all friendly and took pride in their work. Craig, the CEO was engaged from beginning to end and always quick to answer a phone call and answer questions. I never felt pressured. Craig and the team were upfront, transparent and honest about budgets, issues they encoutnered during the remodel, and thoughtful when it came to problem solving. I couldn't be happier with the results and TK&B will be the first I call when I get to bathroom remodels!
