I wanted to be sure to post a review. I have been using their services for a while now, cleaning my home. The staff that has done services for me have always been wonderful! They arrive when scheduled, get right to work, and do a great job.I would be lost without them, thank you

I have used Molly Maid for 2 years now and I am beyond satisfied with their service. The team was punctual, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. My home has never looked and felt this clean. I highly recommend Molly Maid for their professionalism and outstanding cleaning services.

Nicole and Luis have cleaned our home a couple of times when our usual team of Chahara and Teresa were out. Both teams are fantastic and friendly and very thorough. I would recommend any of them!

We needed last-minute cleaning done before we went on vacation and I was surprised at how easy it was to book and schedule something next day. I like that they texted me updates about the schedule, they were professional and finished promptly… And more importantly the house was quite clean. We will use them again.

Honestly extremely disappointed to say the least with this company. Hired them for the first time to DEEP CLEAN my house and specified everything I wanted them to prioritize, including removing grout - and they did none of that. Dust was everywhere in even obvious places that a 'light cleaning' should have covered. They didn't touch many surfaces including the hearth and to be honest, I'm just shocked by the lack of work that was done especially the amount I paid.

Will not be hiring them again or recommending them.

Molly Maid came for initial cleaning and to set up a schedule for home in Walpole MA. The crew was on time, detail oriented and did a great job! Very happy with the company and employees that were sent, would recommend!

I used Molly Maid for a move-in home cleaning service and was very pleased with the results. Teresa and Chahara arrived on time and were very friendly. They did an amazing job and the house was spotless. I would highly recommend using them.

After hiring Molly Maids Nicole and Brianna did a great job at our house! My wife couldn’t be happier with the results. They were on time and took care of everything we expected including all the details. Can’t wait for the next visit.

Teresa and Chahara performed a one-time clean for me on May 21st. The owner, Jeremy, was very helpful in getting me set up with a last-minute clean—I submitted the online form on Monday and had my clean by Wednesday. (Worth noting that you do not need to get an in-person quote for a one-time clean; they can just give you a quote over the phone and put you on the schedule.) They were thorough, friendly (my 1-year-old, my dog, and I were in the home for about half the clean), and respectful. I can honestly say our home hasn't looked this good in years! I would definitely recommend Molly Maid of Norwood, Foxboro & Greater Norfolk County—especially Teresa and Chahara—and they have our loyalty should we need home cleaning services in the future. Thanks, team!

Hired Molly Maid as part of my move-in. Scheduling was easy and painless. The cleaners, Emma and Christina, were excellent. Both were kind, courteous and professional. Emma called to let me know when they were close by, finished in a timely manner, and let me inspect their work before they left. Couldn't be any happier.
