Heather and Emma did a fabulous job on a first-time clean I had recently! It was so nice to be able to relax and let them work their magic. This was the initial visit and I was very pleased! Nancy and Jay went right to work - diligently and thorough in completely their tasks. In addition, I found them to be personable and hope they will be the return g team.

We hired Molly Maid for a move-in clean and we were very satisfied with the quality of work. Booking was a breeze and we were able to schedule the clean for the day we had hoped for. We got to move into a fresh and clean house, and it was great peace of mind amidst the stress and chaos of moving. I would hire Molly Maid again.

I used Molly Maid this morning for my Mom's apartment. The two person team that arrived, showed up on time. They were very professional, cleaned really well, and we're super respectful for my Mom's possessions and for me personally. I would highly recommend them!!!!!

My girlfriend and I had Molly Maid perform a move-in cleaning of our apartment that should have been straightforward. It was an empty apartment, so they had easy access to the floors, walls, cabinets and drawers. It started off promising, with a friendly person explaining what the cleaners would do, and the pricing estimate was very reasonable.

The day of, my girlfriend let the cleaners into the apartment.

When I got off work I went to inspect the cleaning. To say I was underwhelmed is an understatement. We were told they would clean the kitchen cabinets and drawers, vacuum the vents, wash the floors. To be frank, I don’t know what they did.

The insides of the kitchen drawers and cabinets were as dirty as before they came. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and bedroom that were still there. The windows and blinds, which we were told would be cleaned, looked untouched. I do not believe the bathroom floor was washed because it was noticeably dirty around the toilet - exactly as it had looked beforehand.

We reached out and expressed our disappointment with the job. They asked what we were unhappy with and we responded and included pictures. No further follow-up occurred.

We canceled our planned move-out cleaning and tried a different company, Sunshine Maids, who I can’t recommend highly enough. We were hopeful with Molly Maid, based on the many positive reviews and the friendly staff leading up to the cleaning. Maybe we just got a bad team, but we don’t plan to find out.

We had a fantastic experience with Molly Maid from start to finish. Their office was clear, responsive and communicative. The staff members who came to our home were thorough, conscientious, detailed, and went above and beyond what we asked them to do. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

Special thanks to Nancy and Jay, who came out to clean our house! They did a phenomenal job and was a great respite for us these past few months. They were also very mindful of our big puppy and coordinating with us when it came to navigating the noise and weather outside. Their hard work can still be seen in house a week later. We’re truly appreciative of the quality of the work and timeliness and looking forward to being repeat customers. Cheers!
