These guys showed up timely called before they came. I got a text with the photograph of my technician so that I knew who Was showing up five star service absolutely. They replaced all of the lines in my heat exchanger units

They answered the phone which was the first big impression and then continued to text me after hours to ensure I got the right replacement ordered. They kept me updated along the way, even sending emails with the installation person’s photo. They walked me through the setup after the tankless hot water heater was installed and cleaned up the work space. If you have the unfortunate luck of having to replace your hot water heater, you can make your luck better by going with RCL.

Eric from RCL repaired our heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to tell me how the internal systems operate and what he was going to troubleshoot. When he found the issue, he explained what the repair was and gave me an estimate to sign off on. Very professional. Highly recommend RCL Mechanical!

Chris was fantastic! He quickly found the source of a strong odor in our home, which turned out to be a gas leak. He fixed it right away and was professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout. Highly recommend!

David, our technician from RCL, came out to our house and resolved our issue quickly and efficiently for my 82 year old mom to get the ejector pump working in her bathroom! So much appreciated since it’s hard for her to use the stairs to the main bathroom! He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips on the pump! Also was able to sign up for their burner and AC annual service which will also save me some money and now I have someone I can count on for annual service!!

Sergio A. got here quicker than I expected and immediately got to work. He took care of our leaking pipe problem and I’m very satisfied with his work!

Furnace issues were quickly diagnosed and solved. Corey quickly acquired a replacement part and fixed one issue. We are ordering a second part. Went to the effort to find both parts covered by warranties.

Service was excellent! All techs worked hard to remedy my heating and cooling issue. We had our old system removed and new energy efficient system installed. Everyone from customer service, install, sales, to field techs were more than friendly and accommodating. Great company that stands by their work and more importantly, their word.

Lucas and his work partners did an excellent job for us with our Energy Recovery Ventilation System!! They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Everyone from RCL has been excellent! Our A/C broke during the heat wave and Cory came right out to look at it. He went above and beyond to get it fixed, but we needed a new system. Devin came out at 6am the next morning to quote us a new system. The install was scheduled for as soon as possible, but I got a text from Kellie and they were able to move up our install a day. Max and Billy came out to install the new system. They worked very hard to make sure everything was working perfectly. I cannot more highly recommend using RCL for all your HVAC needs.

I went back to RCL because they did such a terrific job installing our LG mini split system which is working great!

On this latest project, in a condo property in RI, they installed a new lp furnace combined with an A/C system, with forced air.

The team was a pleasure to work with, and I had every confidence in their expertise and ability to deliver.

Will (“Billy”) and Matt completed the A/C condenser installation quicker than expected and demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire process. Billy took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated.

Bryan S was amazing! He is very professional and personable. Was punctual and gave a call while enroute to go over the issues with the system. He came after hours which was great as our A/C stopped working before we left for work and weren’t sure if we could find someone same day to mix the unit. Upon arrival he introduced himself and ask where the unit was and systematically went through the system to find what the issue was. He was able to get us back up and running! Thank you Bryan S for your assistance today! Would recommend him and RCL mechanical hands down for all my future A/C needs.
