Our tech was Cory and he was amazing! He knew exactly what the issue was and took time to explain everything. I never felt pressured to buy anything extra or more expensive although he explained the options and pros and cons of each! Highly recommended!

Can't say enough nice things about RCL! Professional, prompt, reliable and knowledgeable! Best company to take care of your heating and cooling needs by far! I agree they deserve more than 5 stars! We selected RCL for a replacement of our HVAC system. From start to finish the process was outstanding. Professional, responsive to all my questions, flexible with changes and supportive with financing. Devon provided us with the estimate and options. Pricing was competitive. Installation scheduling was flexible. Communication was amazing pinpointing when technicians were on the way. Billy and Matthew were on time and equally professional, efficient and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We had an overview of what was installed and everything in working order as expected. I highly recommend RCL!

This is the second time that we used RCL for some plumbing needs and they've been great. During their first visit, they provided a free estimate for additional work that may need to be done and were great about scheduling the work to be completed. The worker we had both visits, Sergio, was super professional, helpful, and communicated with us every step of the way. Reasonable price for the work and very fair - we were not charged any additional fees despite an error being made in the initial estimate. They only charged the estimate and provided the extra part/work with no additional cost to us. Will absolutely use again!

Aaron & Ethan did an excellent job installing my new heating system. They were friendly and professional. Explained the process clearly and provide me with after care recommendations. From the initial appointment for the estimate, the install and the follow up call; the staff delivered a great customer experience.
