Rocko made this so easy. He started by saying he was not only going to do the inspection, but would answer all questions and explain what he was doing and why every step of the way. Because of his exemplary communication skills and knowledge of what he was doing, we felt very confident in all information given to us. I wish we could give him more stars. We would recommend his company to anyone looking to deal with a true professional who exhibited courtesy and integrity. Lastly, the report itself was beyond expectation—lots of photos and clear, concise descriptions of each. We hope to need his services in the future ‘cuz he’s awesome!!!

He was there before us in the rain, inspecting the outside. Very professional and detailed orientation. Every step of the way, he explained everything, even pointed out things to look out for, that isn't part of the his inspection. The report was detailed every I was dotted and every T was crossed.
