Service was ok. Was able to get me in with short notice which I appreciated. Showed up an hour late which was no big deal. The cleaners were friendly.

The only real issue I had was that I was very clear on what I needed cleaned. I mentioned that I didn’t need the bathrooms or appliances cleaned. I just wanted all surfaces in the house washed (floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, cabinet doors, shelves, etc.). I even sent pictures of what I wanted cleaned ahead of time. I have a 2400 square foot house so I wanted to make sure they only worked on the areas that needed cleaning to make sure there was enough time. They had 5 hours to get it all done. For some reason they decided to spend over an hour and a half doing bathrooms. I mentioned that they didn’t need to worry about those rooms during the cleaning but they still kept cleaning it. Then with only about 20 minutes left in the service, they finally got to the kitchen floor which needed much more time and as a result they weren’t able to do a thorough job. Then as I walked around, there were walls that were never even touched - the same walls I sent pictures of before hand. When I mentioned it to the cleaners, one of them ran around quickly trying to make it better while the other cleaner couldn’t be bothered. This is probably because they already spent 5 hours cleaning other areas and were trying to go home for the day.

They were hard workers and overall my house is much cleaner, but for $500, they really should have just focused on what I asked for. Now, I am still going to have to do a lot of the cleaning myself which really sucks since I paid them to do it. If both workers just focused on the things I asked, and just cleaned what I wanted cleaned, I would have given 5 stars. Instead it’s a 3 at best.

Nandy is very personable and straightforward. On her first visit, we did a walk through and Nandy gave me several options for services. She also provided me with a price list. The two women who came to the house were professional and thorough. Great service and great price.

I needed a move in service; however, our closing shifted a half a dozen times. Each time I had to cancel Nandy's cleaning service and frequently re-schedule with short notice. Nandy understood the situation and showed me grace/flexibility throughout. The move in cleaning was so good, that I requested to be placed on her schedule every two weeks. Even that was a big ask b/c I am outside her normal service area. However, as always, Nandy made it work. Her team does a great job-quickly and at a great value.
