I can't say enough good things about Nandy and the women who came to deep clean my house today. They did such an incredible job! We have two small kids and two dogs, and our house was a disaster. After 4 hours, the place looks immaculate. I keep looking around and am just shocked at how nice everything looks. I mean, they did everything! Thank you so much!

I had an incredible experience using Nandy's Cleaning. The 2 women who cleaned my apartment were friendly, professional, efficient, and punctual. I called to request a cleaning with less than a week's notice and Nandy was able to accommodate me. The service provided was simply outstanding- these 2 women cleaned every inch of my place and left it sparkling. The service was worth every penny and I very highly recommend this company.

The ladies from Nandy’s came out to do a desperately needed deep clean of my house today. They worked their butts off for 6+ hours, I don’t think I saw them stop working for a second. They were very efficient too. At one point I looked over and they had even moved the refrigerator to clean behind it! My house smells amazing. It was worth every single penny! I plan on hiring Nandy’s to do my regular cleaning now too. I feel like I got my house back.

Sandy is a life saver! We had a lot of work to do to get our house ready for market. First we had the trash disposal part of her company come out to remove everything the main movers wouldn't take. It was a lot of work for them, but they stayed cheerful throughout the job. Then her cleaning service came. WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE! They even washed the ceilings and walls!! It sparkles now! I first hired Nandy's to deep clean my condo before selling. They did an incredible job, especially getting at some particularly grimey areas.

I was pleased when they reached out to see if I needed a routine cleaner at my new home. In just two hours, they have gotten this place cleaner than when we moved in. I appreciate their diligence and attention to detail - my stove top is shining, you neatened my dresser and counters as you dusted, you polished up the appliances, you even took out the trash from all the dust and dirt you picked up!

Nandy's is hands down the BEST cleaning service we have ever used. Nandy herself came out to our home for our initial estimate and was SO friendly to our family, even to our pups!! She was very thorough in her explanation of the cleaning process and was very easy to talk to! She is great with communication! We had our home cleaned by them for the first day on Friday and my gosh it is sparkling. I was SO incredibly impressed by her wonderful house keepers! The attention to detail is incredible! We have been using Nandy's to clean our office for several years. Her staff is extremely professional and attentive, and does a great job week in and week out. We recently had them perform a spring cleaning of our residence, and again were extremely thrilled with the result. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

In short: if you are seeking a one time clean or infrequent cleanings, this company is perfect for you. However, if you need regular, reliable cleanings, looking elsewhere might be a better idea.

I use cleaning service to support me as a neurodivergent person who is in an intense academic program. It's challenging for me to make the time and space for cleaning, but having a clean space is important to me and my productivity. I recently moved to the area to begin a new academic journey, and signed a contract for biweekly cleanings from Nandy's.

From the start, the communication was frustrating and inconsistent. However, I generally did eventually receive responses, and Nandy's did a great job at cleaning, so I did not mind. Occasionally, my requests would be ignored and they would not put away my plates after washing them, but overall I was initially happy with the service.

Things took a turn when my apartment complex towed the cars of Nandy's staff. It turned out I was mistaken about where they could park. I apologized and offered to pay for half of the charges incurred from this. I received no response. Myself and the apartment complex clarified where they could park.

Days of silence went by. At this point, my academic program had started and I was never at my apartment for just over 2 weeks. I genuinely did not have the time to clean, and it showed. Boxes from a mandatory school related trip piled up, my cat was sick from anxiety due to the sudden changes and caused even more mess, and it felt like my apartment was at a point of no return. I opened up to Nandy's about this, and once again received no response. This sort of silence was typical from them, so I assumed they would still be coming.

Two days prior to when they were supposed to come, Nandy's informed me that they would no longer be coming because it was "too much hassle for their staff to download an app to park." They claimed it wasn't the sort of parking that they could just "pay for on their phones." I clarified that you literally DON'T have to download an app, and that it is just a matter of scanning a QR code to pay using your phone, which is typical of many parking structures. It literally costs ONE DOLLAR per hour for parking. ONE DOLLAR. So for a three to four hour clean, that would be four dollars... I also expressed being upset about being notified about this so last minute. I was spending 10 hours or more on campus and getting home so late that I'd often go straight to bed. In the midst of this, I'd now have to find a new cleaner. They then snippily informed me about "wages lost" and how they wished they knew sooner about parking. This is despite me LITERALLY saying that ***I** didn't know about it, apologizing, and offering to pay half of the fees. I reminded them that they literally ignored this, and promptly ended the conversation.

Despite how distressing this was in the moment, I am grateful this happened because I discovered L&A cleaning services. Not only do they accept credit card which is a far more convenient payment option for me as a student, but they pay far closer attention to detail and took the time to understand my situation. I contacted them the Wednesday that Nandy's suddenly cancelled, and the following Friday they showed up. I apologized profusely for the state of my apartment and explained to them that I was a student that was overwhelmed, and stated my preferences. They were reassuring and calm, and I could feel their genuine kindness through the phone. Communication was timely and clear. They went above and beyond to make my apartment clean again, and even stayed an additional hour beyond the predicted time. They put items away that I didn't even realized NEEDED to be put away and gave me new ideas on how I could keep the place clean. And, to be clear, they had no issues with paying for parking!!

Nandy's does a great job with cleaning, but if you're seeking reliable, dependable service with consistent communication, it may not be the company for you.

Today we used the junk removal service and it too was incredibly efficient and very fast- a full truck load of items were picked up in less than an hour from inside the house and various spots in the yard. If you need either a cleaning service or junk removal, don’t hesitate to call Nandy’s.
