Andrew was able to quickly quote me a fix to my issue, scheduled a visit promptly, and significantly underbid some of the inflated quotes I had gotten from large firms. He did great work and left things spotless. Use this guy!

Messaged Andrew about hooking the power back up to my garage after I had it rebuilt. He informed me that the previous owner had run the wrong cable underground to the previous structure, and it would need to be replaced. He explained the job to me and what would need to be done. He communicated with me. HE COMMUNICATED WITH ME! Pro tip to others out there in the trades, this is just as important as the work you all do! Communicate with us and do it in a timely fashion. He always responded to my questions via text and email. He was amazingly professional. I think he will be my go-to guy for electrical jobs and will be the one I suggest to friends.

The work he did:
He upgraded the subpanel in the garage from 50 AMP to 100 AMP. He ran new cables between the main panel, underground (landscaper had to dig the trench), into the detached garage. He then installed 2 new lights in the garage, 1 Ring spotlight above the garage door, and one sconce lamp outside the people door. He installed 1 outlet outside, 4 inside and 1 in the ceiling for the garage door opener. Outside he laid the conduit and installed 2 ground rods.

Time it took:
2 working days and about 2-3 weeks total due to inspections.

He is a one man shop so lining up time for him to come and get the job done can be rough in this climate when the trades are all back logged and busy. He did manage to work my job into his schedule and again communicated this all-up front and let me know when he could come earlier.

Again, overall, this guy is great! Can’t recommend him enough!

Andrew was a really good guy - he showed up when he said he would show up, he did what he was supposed to do - he’s extremely efficient, clean, courteous & polite. I've had him do everything from putting in new outlets, to putting in new lighting & pictures, as well as wiring surround sound for me at my condominium. He does just about everything & does it extremely well. It's very rare that you get both a positive, upbeat attitude, good advice, and good work. So when you get that, it's a no-brainer that you'd be willing to use those people again & again. I'd give him an A+ & would highly recommend Andrew Rossman Electrical Services to anyone.

Andrew came highly recommended through the Melrose community Facebook page. His quote was similar to other electricians, but what separated him from the others was he could intelligently speak to the pros/cons of what I was thinking have done, gave recommendations, and said he would look into things he didn’t know off the top of his head. I had him install a Tesla charger in my garage, fix several issues the last electrician screwed up (we bought a newly built house), and he completed the installation of our Ethernet system that the last electrician had only pulled the wires for and capped them with phone jacks. Overall he was great and he fixed all of our problems. He gave me a prompt estimate for the service, did the work when he said he would and there were no surprises. I would not hesitate to use him again and would say he lives up to his 5 star rating on google. As a consumer I always question a set of reviews if there are too many 5 star reviews, but in Andrew’s case they are legit from my experience.

Andrew replaced a thermostat for us. He was prompt and professional. Andrew did a quick and efficient job. My husband and I were very pleased with Andrews work and his personality. We will be hiring Andrew for future electrical work.
