We worked with Andrew several times recently, having moved into a new home.
The first time we needed Andrew was in more of an emergency capacity – we had an issue in our basement that needed very quick attention, and I had gotten his contact info from some recommendations on a social page. Andrew was very responsive, and able to get out to help us with the issue quickly. He stepped through everything that would be required, and provided us an estimate before starting the work. Important call out: even before Andrew came to the property, he was responding to calls and texts and providing us guidance without any commitment. We were so thankful for everything he did. He was professional and on point with his estimates and helped to quickly resolve the issue.
From there, we hired Andrew to perform a good amount of work throughout our home, and he recently finished that project. His timelines and estimates were exact. He again walked us through all the changes first, seeking alignment before performing any work and also level set things ahead of time so there were no surprises. He has an extremely good work ethic; he is professional, courteous, kind and ON TIME! He is so conscious of each step and cleans as he goes, removing all debris. I didn’t even know he was here for the most part ! I would absolutely (highly!) recommend Andrew for any of your electrical needs, and we will 100% use him for future projects.

My first time working with Andrew Rossman. Waited 3 weeks for initial appointment. Guess what? Well worth the wait. Arrived early. Super smart/explains things well. Put my mind at ease for some safety questions. Quickly installed a dedicated circuit in the cellar. Best of all --- he was honest! His bill was less than the invoice. When does that happen nowadays? Sigh! I have a new electrician and peace of mind.

Bay state did a job for us on our 2 family unit and updated all the electric. We had 3 quotes from.people we knew and they were so expensive. The owner Jimmy from bay state was so nice and his price was so inexpensive and his guys were great.. I highly recommend them.
