Bit expensive but expected using after hours emergency service. The important part was coming out fairly quickly and resolving it fast. An issue that carried over from the previous year that another company wasn't able to fully resolve.

Jeremy was assigned the task of listening to me explain what I thought was happening to my A/C unit. I know nothing on the topic, but I know a water stain on the ceiling when I see one and a broken PVC discharge pipe can only mean the water can’t go where it should.

He walked me through what may have happened, reassured me that all other elements of the unit were in well, working order. He even reinforced the piping and protected further upon replacing. Next was the unit outside that was in dire need of maintenance. He was able to stay later, beyond his scheduled time (he called the office to get the approval) to run a full diagnostic and maintenance.

I was so grateful for the step-by-step guidance on the system upkeep and his calm, professional manner. The fact that my dog wanted to hang out next to him the entire time want lost on me either. I felt so lucky to have such great assistance on the morning of what to date was the hottest of this weird spring, almost summer.

Jeremy was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, may I say mature in his craft as he seemed not long out of high-school (though I never asked his age). My dog loved him, and he was so polite and patient as I tried to get my kids off to school at the onset, and later again when I tossed theories about what was happening to the A/C unit.

Evan did a great job repairing our furnace. We have a manufacturing defect and he provided pictures that not only showed the issue but other potential causes that the manufacturer may use to bypass liability. Thanks Evan.

Originally contacted Wilson Bros to repair my furnace. Found out my furnace could not be repaired. Within days, my furnace was replaced. Everyone was very kind and helpful throughout the process and made sure I was without heat for a minimum amount of time.

Evan did a fantastic job of diagnosing two different problems with a steam boiler. I was impressed by his knowledge and ability to determine and resolve the issues.

The installation of our new heat pump hot water heater went smoothly today and the Wilson Bros team cleaned up nicely. They showed us everything we need to know and answered all of our questions. We’re looking forward to no longer needing to run a dehumidifier in our basement, and we hope this new technology works as well as our heat pump heating/cooling system.

Both Conner and Eric were extremely professional. We had our heating system and water heater replaced and are very satisfied with the quality of the work they performed. And the entire job was completed in one day.

After seeing their very favorable customer ratings I had high hopes for Wilson Bros. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other poor reviews. The technicians that came over were friendly and professional - we just can't seem to get any decent customer service.
We were told we needed a part for our hot water boiler and were told it would take a couple of days. It was more like a week (with no hot water) and we heard nothing. I had to call a few times to finally get someone to answer why the long wait. A week later we finally got the boiler fixed. Next we needed an estimate for a new furnace, tank and boiler. You'd think they'd jump on that opportunity. No such luck. Again, the technician who came over was communicative and professional, and told us to expect an estimate in a day or two. Well - it is now going into the 2nd week. Again, I had to make multiple calls - only to hear we should get something by the end of the week...never happened.
If they're this uncaring with a new potential customer how could we trust them with future work? It's so sad when a company with such historically high ratings suddenly goes downhill.

I just read the response from Wilson Bros, and here is my reply: we don't need another visit to the home; we already had two and were told an estimate would be available in a few days. It is now going on 3 weeks! Where is our estimate? Customer Service needs work.

Ryan was very thorough of the cleaning of our furnace and call him to let us know what needed to be done. He was very professional.

We are so happy with installation of a new boiler with Ian and team and Wilson Brothers. Timely arrival, perfect installation and clean up. Questions answered well during whole process Everything went smoothly overall. We would recommend highly!!!

On day 2 he did all the same good. We had a bit of a mixup with the shelf/stand the outside compressor component and he addressed it as best he could.

Looking forward to the new stand arriving and getting him and Jason back to put his finishing touches on the job

Tyler was professional, courteous, and listened to our concerns and preferences regarding our antique home where it can be challenging to blend old with new successfully. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for so that we could see maintain the historic feel and charm of the home which is part of it’s value to us.

I contacted Wilson Brothers for info on replacing my old oil burning furnace, and from the initial quote to the actual replacement with a natural gas furnace, everything was fantastic. The techs who did the work were efficient and friendly and did a great job cleaning up the space after the work was complete. Definitely recommend!

Great experience. Tech are always Polito and respectful. Any time we have had any heating issues Wilson Bros have always been responsive and accommodating.

Dylan is very thorough and knowledgeable and polite. He had to come back multiple times due to custom parts needed for the repair and worked into the night on a holiday. We are both very impressed with his work and dedication in getting us our heat back.

Ethan and Erin did a great job removing a bunch of light fixtures and adding lots of recessed lights. We recently had Wilson Brothers install a heat pump, and will have them do some plumbing and additional lighting work in the near future.

Excellent experience. Everyone on the team (Erin S , Zach F, Ryan W, Ethan K and Jason R) was professional, knowledgeable and did great work. Highly recommend and will use again for future projects.

I purchased ENERGY KINETICS SYSTEM2000 90PLUS Model #: EK1R90+RESOLUTE (10-0062PRE is WB model) back in 2017 from Wilson Brothers.
At the time, I was looking for top of the line ultra high efficiency oil fired boiler and hot water system after the 20year old system on my house crap the bed in beginning of December.
After doing a lot of research and running a pugh matrix of options, I decided on Energy Kinetics.
Unfortunately, a lot of the big brand usual suspects HVAC companies in Northern MA / Southern NH are not familiar with Energy Kinetics and avoid it like vampires avoid light.
Wilson Brothers stood out for being super helpful in customizing a system that was most efficient for my specific home size with 3 zones.
Everyone at Wilson Brothers is very humble and super knowledgeable in their trait. This is a rare fine in the HVAC industry.
Highly recommend Wilson Brothers and they are my go to for all HVAC services.
