Very disappointed. I needed to replace two small natural gas wall heaters in our family room, and Wilson Brothers was one of the few companies in the area who said they can do such work. Their high ratings encouraged me to call. They did promptly come out to inspect and later provided an estimate. I felt the labor was overpriced for replacing the two small units, so I called to ask for a review of the specifics. They said they would look again at their quote and get back. Two weeks have passed, and they have ignored my emails and calls. I wanted to discuss some alternatives that would fit our budget.

Cameron Arsenault was courteous, professional and did a fantastic job, he explained what he did to service my furnace and answered all my questions. I was so pleased with him and Wilson Bros that I signed up for their maintenance program for both my heating system and cooling system. I highly recommend this company.

We had our furnace's annual service performed by Eric & Ryan who were great. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional to all our questions and concerns. We have always had great experiences with the Wilson Brothers team.

Wilson Brothers was able to come out almost immediately to install a new heating unit for us. Connor Dupont was responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. We really appreciate Wilson Brother’s help, especially in the midst of a frigid winter.

John provided excellent thorough service. He explained exactly what the potential problems might be with my furnace and most importantly he LISTENED to me as I went through the timeline of heat problems I had observed with the furnace and he adjusted his diagnostic approach based on his experience and my observations. 5 stars for John and Wilson brothers in diagnosing my problem.

Edit: would have liked to see a little more urgency from your parts distributor on my new gas valve. I can understand that not all parts will be available on demand but when I bring my car in for repair they get parts same day so it feels like there is a pain point in parts acquisition. John came back and was in and out in about an hour with the new valve installed and checked. Thanks John!

Our service tech Cameron arrived within 3 hours of our call for no heat when the outside temperature was in the single digits. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace and offered the solution within minutes of arrival. He is not only very knowledgeable about equipment, he communicated on a level that the layperson can understand. Professional, respectful and efficient.

Eric was courteous, professional, took the time to explain everything and most importantly, got our heat started again. Wilson Brothers installed our boiler years ago and it has been a great system. We have needed routine maintenance only twice in 10 years, and Wilson Brothers has been there for us both times. We will not hesitate to call on them for any future needs.

Wish we could give them a 6th star. The service technicians were polite and on time. The work area was left immaculate. Final product, form fit function all A ➕️. We would recommend them to everyone for not just installation. But for future service, as we will be using them to continue to keep our new system running efficiently.

Excellent experience. Rapid response for an emergency no heat call on a Sunday. Ethan called me right away, was extremely professional, explained the pricing structure and was out to us after he finished the local service call he was working on. He had the part we needed in his truck and the issue was rectified quickly. Thank you Ethan and Wilson Brothers.

Update:
Paul Wilson had responded to my original post and now it's no longer showing. Today I found out through an independent forensic engineer hired by my insurance company that they didn't even have the correct diagnosis and didn't need to replace the whole boiler over one unavailable part. The new system they did put in doesn't allow for me to have adequate heat at the same time as hot water. Now what do I do???
Machinery breaks down, parts are hard to find. I understand this. However communicating clearly with clients goes a long way. We were kept in the dark about what they were working on. One technician even left at the end of a day without giving us an update or even telling us he was leaving. GM gave us updates on what they were trying to do to help, all the while taking no responsibility for the ways they contributed to the problem. I was even berated for not thanking them for the work they did after my husband helped them all afternoon so they didn't need to call out another tech. After 3 weeks, yes, we now have heat and hot water at the same time. But 3 weeks????

Wilson Bros came in a timely manner after our call and explained everything they found and what needed to be done. They were respectful of my home, wearing booties and asking permission as they moved through the house. They fixed our problem and the cost was reasonable. Happy once again with the service received from Wilson Bros.

Wilson Bros. were very supportive helping me with a propane boiler issue during cold temps, even helping me get prompt service after some joker drove into a telephone pole and knocked electricity out for hours in Westminster. They sent a great team member (Evan K.) to my home once electricity was restored and he quickly figured out the issue with the boiler and fixed it. I highly recommend these folks. They're good.

Bobby Girouard and the entire crew were all truly exceptional. On time, courteous and explained everything while installing new Furnace and AC. Cleaned up very nicely after taking away our 50 year old furnace. Very, very helpful. Explained everything. Super smooth install. Communications from office to crew and us overall were fantastic. Matt was prompt in his arrival, assessed the situation, kept me informed along the way, shared what he did to fix the issue temporarily including the price. Matt is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise! He shared what was needed to fix the issue more permanently along with a price and he is order the parts for the permanent fix after I approved he could move forward! Bobby did a great job installing my new water heater. He was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the work Wilson Brothers have done.

They got right down to business. We are so appreciative that they were able to work it out so that the old heating system was able to continue heating the home while they worked in the upper level.

We are extremely pleased with this installation and there is no comparison to the original installation (By A different installer), which was Less than two years old and barely functional. This New installation is definitely a very professional installation in every way.

Just had my first experience with this company today and John Wilson was very accommodating friendly and professional. I am more than impressed. He fixed my issues timely and let me know what was going on the whole time. This was the only company who came through hours before the huge cold front coming. It’s going to be 6,0,and 3 degrees the next three days and my heat was not working. If not for them my pipes would have surely frozen and burst. Thank you so much! I will be a life long customer.

Ethan and his team did an excellent job installing recessed lighting and swapping out a fan in our home. They were friendly, timely, communicative, and the end result is beautiful. We look forward to working with Wilson Bros again on future projects.
