My husband and I had them install a gas dryer and they where so professional and polite. I would absolutely hire them for our next project and refer them to anyone who is looking for a plumber.

This review is regarding the business and how it runs, not it's onsite workers.
My wife and I recently purchased a washer and gas dryer from an orange big box chain. We chose to have the (gas) dryer install performed by them as well and they contracted the work out to this company. The washer and dryer were delivered on a Thursday and when the delivery guys tried to hook it up, they found out that the hot and cold water hoses were stuck on the valves and the valves would need to be replaced. My wife called up Loewen Plumbing knowing they had installers coming on Friday to hook the gas dryer up, and explained that the valves for the washer would need to be replaced and asked if they could do this as well. She was informed that "it shouldn't be a problem."
Installers show up on Friday and didn't know they were supposed to replace the valves. My wife calls Loewen and they give her the runaround, telling her she never told them the valves needed to be replaced. We were told that the installers didn't have time to go pickup the part and we'd have to take care of the valves ourselves or have another installer take care of it.
When I personal called Lowen, they told me my wife had never told them about the valves and they admitted outright that they neglected to inform the installers of the need to replace the valves. -
Extremely expensive service. Quality of work seems to be good. Never received a quote as promised.

Came to my rescue when an outside pipe/hose sprung a huge leak! Water was gushing everywhere. They walked me through the way to shut it off and came over to repair it within a couple of hours. Thank you!!

Replaced a kitchen drain and septic, ejector pump cover. Did a couple little things for no charge. Good guy too. Will use them again.

This is the epitome of s bait and switch company. They charged $255 for labor for just 47 min. They said that the 20 min of travel needs to be calculated in. This is an awful company. I sent a check for an above average hourly rate and the check was sent back. Avoid avoid avoid. I am contacting the BBB and attorney general for deceptive business practices.

call to get an estimate for having a simple Gas Line run from a propane tank to a barbecue. Was told the estimate would cost me $165 for the privilege of having somebody come out and look at my property. I've never had to pay for an estimate in my life

Called in to schedule some work. After putting me on hold and listening to our issue she told me they aren't taking customers and hung up. Probably the most unprofessional interaction I have experienced. Laughable business. The woman taking calls should be fired.

Timely friendly service.
Quick and clean -
In the past, Thrasher has been my plumber of choice, however, the past two times I have called, I have spoken to their on call service and have not even received a phone call back. I am not sure what is going on with them but this is not the service I expect from a company that I have dealt with several times in the past. If my job is "too small" please tell me so that I am not waiting around for a phone call instead of calling another plumber.

Thrasher plumbing is great..
I am a designer and renovate many kitchens and baths I love working with them. They show up on time, are there in an emergency ,are neat and are perfectionist at their skill. -
We have used Thrasher for years and they came thru in the clutch again. Our water heater started leaking and started quite a panic in our finished basement. 2 Hours after calling a new water heater was dropped off by their supply house and 3 hours after that we had a brand new hot water heater working. Highly recommended !

Thrasher came out and did an amazing job replacing our old heating and air conditioning system. I did not have an hvac company that I had worked with before so I ended up calling a few different companies and got a few different quotes. Tom, the guy that came out, told us during the estimate that the old furnace that was in the home when we bought it was way too large for the amount of square footage in the house, and he recommended some relocations of the exhaust pipe and condenser so we can extend our deck in the future like we wanted. No one else bothered to give us all this information during other company estimates. He also pointed out some intake issues during the estimate that he fixed and we have already noticed a big difference in the air flow. He was clean, quick and quiet while working and while I don't know much about HVAC, the work he did looks neat and organized and everything is running smoothly. Trish in the office was very professional and nice and I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.
