We have been a customer of Thrasher Plumbing since moving to the area in 2010. Not only did our neighbor recommend Thrasher, but my electrician did as well. Any problem, large or small, has always been handled with the same friendly expertise. Tom is thoughtful in reminding when fixtures have a warranty and can be replaced for free.

My 14 year old water heater broke yesterday. I called Thrasher Plumbing and heating this morning and Mr. Thrasher made time to be at my house by the afternoon. The whole process was very easy. A human answered the phone when I called (which is awesome). Mr. Thrasher assessed what was going on with the water heater, gave me fair options and prices, and I had hot water and a new installed water heater before 5pm.

Would work with again. A quality family owned business.

When we moved into our home, Thrasher had done extensive renovation, and because it looked so neat, we've kept working with them over the years since.

We use them for both water & heating/cooling (and once for running natural gas for a grill), and they've always shown up exactly on time (or early), been prepared, and done excellent quality work.

When work is scheduled, there's always a text message a day before to remind me, and Tom calls when he's on his way over and about 15 minutes out.

While the cost is not the cheapest, the work is well worth it, at least for us. A few dollars saved up front can cost 10x to fix down the road.

I’ve been using Thrasher for at least 10 years…. Just had a new boiler/piping installed,looks and works great! Tommy is the best… very reliable, knowledgable and informative, always gets the job done (and done well) and great communication! They are the only company that I can actually rely on and trust, and never have to worry about a thing. I’ve had pretty much everything done with them, from small to big jobs… inc 2 new boilers in 2 different houses. I got so many compliments and questions on who I used for the new HE boiler and piping he created and installed when I sold my house. I’m so happy I was recommended to them years ago and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Highly recommend Thrasher Plumbing! They came out quickly to service my heating system and were able to diagnose a complex electrical short that other techs might have missed. Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Great service all around.

We have used Thrasher Plumbing a couple of times and they are excellent. I think what sets them apart for me is prompt response and service. You call and they come right out. Tom replaced my water heater and was great with providing price options and telling us about the entire install process. Would def use them again. A++ plumbers!!!

Two nice and very competent men came out to service our water heater and to replace a part that needed replacing. They arrived at the time promised, got right to work, kept me informed of what they were doing and left the water heater area spotless. Most importantly, they fixed the issue we were having. We’ve used Thrasher before, when we did a bathroom and kitchen remodel. We only have praise for the work they have done for us!
