Kai and his team are top notch. I had them build an exterior stairway up to 2nd floor, and it turned out amazing. They were quick and professional, and the quality of work is impeccable. I'll definitely be using them again in the future for any projects. I highly recommend.

-I can’t say enough great things about this construction company! I would recommend them to everyone I know! They were professional, answered all my questions, and they were on time! They were a great value and top quality! I will certainly use them again on future projects, There Side Waller crew are by far the best I’ve seen. They came in each day did the work and cleaned up each day to the point that you wouldn’t know they were even there.

We went with KC Construction for a relatively large scale remodel. We gutted all three full baths, had new hardwood installed in almost 3,000 sqf home, all new sliders, relocated laundry room, created whole new back door/entry way with custom mudroom area as well as large patio/fireplace hardscape work.

Kai and Cody were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, starting the job shortly after consultation. Their subs showed 9 out of 10 times as scheduled and Kai and Cody ensured they were present as well as needed. Subs did great work. The guys were in communication when needed and helped us turn our ideas into reality.

Would recommend to anyone looking, as it can be difficult to find someone reliable and hard working these days!

We decided to have KC remove a load bearing wall for us. They were very responsive and worked with us through some project modifications. They delivered on expectations as promised. Cody & Kai are truly great guys and even better builders. Throughout the years knowing them personally, they've completed a handful of jobs/projects for myself and also some family members of mine. They take pride in their work and have dedicated themselves to their craft - which really shows in the work they do. Extremely professional and easy to work with from start to finish with consistent communication..and in my opinion that's one of the biggest factors when working with a GC or builder. I trust these guys with all my needs and will continue to moving forward!

Cody and Kai gutted/updated an old kitchen and gave us our dream kitchen. They have a wonderful team of people who work with them. They are all professional, nice guys and cleaned up the area each day after they were done working which was impressive. They are also very responsive and helpful when you reach out to them and go the extra mile to get things done. I would highly recommend them. I highly recommend KC Construction they are amazing! We have used the to build an incredible deck on our home, and they completely remodeled both of our bathrooms and replaced our exterior doors, just to name a few of the projects they have completed. They general contract all the necessary professionals involved which takes the guesswork out of the owner having to coordinate services. The owners are responsive and highly skilled, and will not hesitate to complete tasks themselves. Their craftsmanship is impeccable-We trust them completely with our home!

KC and team added a full bathroom to our basement. This was not an easy feat as there were lots of things to consider like pump placement and plumbing. They stand out with their professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness. The level of responsiveness was huge - I have never had that experience before with other contractors. White glove service for sure, plus they are super knowledgable, easy to work with and collaborative. I would highly recommend!

KC was amazing to work with and did an excellent job finishing my basement. The project also included replacing my homes aged heating system, adding a heat pump, and additional hard scape work.The consistent communication, prompt responses and ease of working with Cody and Kai made the project seamless. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your project!!! I had them vault my ceilings and they did an incredible job. This was by no means a small job and they made it feel like one. I never thought it could be so easy. Every step of the way they were communicating and making sure I was satisfied. On time and professional. He made himself available to text at any time with any questions I had and was always fast to respond. They kept the project neat and clean, so I was still able to live at home comfortably during all of it. I can’t say enough. They made my house into a dream home.

We love our new deck! The crew showed up and worked hard to get it done and the quality and finish work looks great. The owners are very responsive, friendly and all around good people. Highly recommend KC Construction and would use them again!
