KC Construction is great to work with. They are pleasant, produce quality work, willing to help, and work with subcontractors that really know their trade. They keep you updated on schedule and when they plan to work on your project. No complains working with KC!

Cody and Kai do excellent work! I highly recommend them on any home improvement project. My wife and I purchased a 50 year old home that had been neglected for quite some time. KC Construction did siding, decking, installed new windows, and doors. They remodeled the entire kitchen. And the list goes on! Additionally, they were very easy to work with and helpful when we had questions.

There’s a reason this company has 5 stars after 5 stars! They truly brought my vision to life and delivered a dream porch. Quality work, quality products. The nicest and hardworking crew that would double check on details to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it to look. I appreciated Cody’s patience and fantastic communication. Great with updates, answering any questions or concerns, following up in a timely manner and, the biggest part, following through. I’m so happy with the result! Cannot recommend Cody and Kai enough!

Kai and Cody are exceptional craftsmen and great collaborators. Kai did the initial assessment of my project and had several ideas that ended up saving me both time and money. We are midway thru our planned job now and I am delighted with the quality of the work. I am looking forward to the completion of the project and will call them again without hesitation for future work- HIGHLY recommend!

KC Construction exceeded our expectations in finishing our basement. Not only were they the most reasonably priced contractors we found, but the quality of their work was outstanding. Kai and Cory were consistently responsive, addressing even the smallest details promptly. As part of the project, they added both a hobby room and a full bathroom, demonstrating flexibility throughout the process. Above all, they were completely trustworthy. Having worked on other homes, this was by far the smoothest and most seamless experience we've had. We will undoubtedly hire them again for our future deck project—these professionals truly can do it all. If we could rate them 10 stars, we certainly would!

KC Construction did our roof, siding, exterior trim, and deck this summer. Their estimating team came out and gave a quote very quickly. They started and completed the job on time. Great workmanship by all of the installers. The house came out perfect. Their project managers pick up the phone anytime you call and make sure that you are satisfied with every part of the project.
I would recommend KC to anyone. 10/10.

Have nothing but great things to say about Kai and Cody and the work they did for us. They converted a dilapidated pantry and laundry room into a bathroom and brand new laundry/mud room. From the very beginning when they came out to give us an estimate, they showed up within a day of calling them and provided us with a realistic estimate of when they would be able to begin construction. Any time I had a question or something to discuss they would answer my call, text or email immediately. They were providing us with updates all throughout the process and we couldn't be more than happy with the results. When we eventually redo our kitchen we will definitely be using them!

After building our home less than three years ago, we were hit with a major structural issue with our stairs. KC Construction was one of five contractors we interviewed, and they stood out immediately. While others rushed to drastic (and expensive) conclusions, the team at KC took the time to truly assess the situation and figured out the root issue. They provided a quote with multiple options tailored to what we might find once the project began. Once they opened up the stairs and confirmed the issue (which was the least expensive option they quoted), they delivered exactly what they promised, on time and within the original scope. The crew was professional and the quality of work is outstanding. We have nothing but great things to say about KC Construction!

These guys were great. Solid process the whole way through . I 100% plan to use them again in the future and will refer all my friends to them .

yes we hire to do our porch in october 18 2021 bob said he would have it done in two weeks bob did not finish the porch until 6 mouths later everytime we try to call him leave message he would not call you back so i would not use clogston constrution

Replaced all the rakes on the house with PVC. Waterproofed and sealed windows and some corner boards and replaced an exterior door. The work is very good quality and was done on time and within budget. Additional small trouble spots were identified and included in the work for a small additional cost. Bob Clogston did this while also facing challenges in finding qualified workers. I will contact Clogston first in the future for any additional work we need.

Put out a request for a quote on home advisor Bob called me and was at my house in 30 minutes gave me a quote that came in way under every other person I talked to. Repaired a damaged section of my floor and installed an entire new kitchen floor for less than what the other guys wanted to charge for just the repair part. Nice guy scheduled it immediately finished it in a day, looks fantastic.

I hired Clogston Construction to do quite a few small jobs to large jobs . He was very prompt and professional in all aspects of the job at hand . Plus had knowledge and good ideas of what he could do to make it look better . He’s fasts and efficient in his work . He even put in a little extra work with no hesitation.I highly recommend Clogston Construction for any job at hand! He is quite talented and has a good eye for finish work also I would definitely recommend Clogston Construction ! I will be hiring him again ! He also stands behind his work ! GREAT JOB !

Bob and his crew with Clogston construction built us a beautiful 2 story deck. He was reasonably priced and delivered a beautiful, finished project. Bob always responded and showed up when he said he would. He was trustworthy and gave us exactly what we asked for. Happy customers 😀

We had an excellent experience with Clogston Construction. We hired Bob for a specific problem in our bathroom. He took the time to fix it, and the bathroom looks great!

We had Bob replace an old stairway, deck and front porch with Trex.
This is a summer home so we weren't there to oversee.
He did a beautiful job and his prices were very fair.
He kept in touch, and when we called or texted he got right back to us.
Very happy with our project.

We had another company do work that turned out to be issues at every turn so we called Clogston Construction to redo everything. Bob did our bathroom, put on a gorgeous 12’x8’ trex deck, replaced 2 doors, and install a 108”x50” picture window. We honestly couldn’t be happier! Bob was quick to respond and set up an appointment to give us a price. Everything came out beautiful and we’re looking forward to calling back with our future projects.

We used Clogston Construction to do our siding project replacing shingles with Hardie Board siding. We were very pleased with the results. The project was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the installation work was very good. Bob and his team were a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

He and his team were responsive to our concerns and we were very impressed with the quality of their workmanship.
