Nightmare-regrettably I used this service, spent $400 and returned home 2 days after to find my three cats locked in a bedroom, no food, no water and no litter box access. The bed was destroyed, the owner of the cleaning service denied any responsibility. Below are photos of the condition of the bedroom I found the cats in-deplorable.

We just had Almeida cleaning come do our summer house ! The house is sparkling clean and was treated like it was their own home . So much detail in the linen folding and the thank you gift at the end . Highly recommend and looking to book for cleaning service for my residence as I am just so happy with their work !

Almeida did a fantastic and surprisingly fast job cleaning my oven. The cleaning was easy to schedule. They were running a bit late for the appt but kept me well informed.
They use a translation app to ensure no language barriers. Very happy with the result.

We've been using Almeida Cleaning for about a year now and I'm so happy we found them! Ana Paula cleans our house every 2 weeks and does such a fantastic job! Almeida cleaned my first floor until it was sparkling clean! We recently had them do a deep clean. We have 4 cats one of which is a LONG hair who leaves tumbleweeds everywhere. The couch is velour and covered in cat- they cleaned it to perfection. They cleaned the cat towers all the appliances and even the stairs leading up to the teenager's bedroom that haven't been cleaned in years. I had no idea what to expect and worried about how I had left things and would they be able to work around what I left out. They went above and beyond! I feel like a weight has been lifted from my heart! Every room was a clean treat! I felt like I was walking into a hotel room on the first moment of a trip.

I'm so happy we chose Almeida and will continue using them as long as possible!!

We have been using Almeida Cleaning every week and are consistently impressed with their service. They are exceptionally thorough, professional, and trustworthy, making them extremely easy to work with.

Most recently, Paula did a fantastic job on our floors. After a challenging situation involving the fire department over the blizzard, the floors were left a mess, and Paula's work was truly remarkable. We are so thankful for her thoughtful attention to detail and her willingness to accommodate our requests for additional work.

We have used Almeida Cleaning for a couple of months now and for various reasons, and we will definitely continue to do so. We initially hired them for a deep clean prior to moving into our new house, and again after a renovation (added bookshelves and paint to a previously bare office room). They are very affordable, respectful, and kind. We now have a monthly schedule with them and are very happy with their services. We had a glass object in our bathroom that did accidentally break during one of the deep cleans - I'm sharing this and still giving them 5 stars because they had already taken a picture and sent it to their manager before I'd even noticed, they owned up to it immediately, and refunded the purchase of a new one. It was obviously disappointing in the moment, but also a relief that we work with such an honest and accountable company. We recently worked with Denise and Darlene - they are FANTASTIC and we are definitely going to try and have them as our go-to's. Most of the communication has been through text, which I find super convenient; they also turn off the text system after 5p, which is nice because I know I can still text them after-hours without compromising their work-life balance. They are very responsive and get back to me the next morning. The estimates are clear and can be tailored to your needs.

I had major surgeries over the winter and into late spring and have not been able to give my Home the attention it needed After reading about Almeida Cleaners online and through social media, I reached out to them for a deep clean of my home. They went out of their way to work within my budget, were in constant communication, and the two lovely women who came were just amazing! My home looks and smells amazing! I am already on the schedule for a monthly cleaning, but I am contemplating biweekly ! Thank you, Almeida for this gift!

I’ve had several housecleaning services over the years but nothing compares to Almeida. They did an amazing job on the initial deep cleaning of my home and I’m looking forward to future monthly cleanings. I cannot believe how clean our house is after this deep cleaning. I don’t even think it was this clean when we moved in! I am so impressed with the ladies that did our deep cleaning- they even cleaned our pet bowls and got the dried up paint out of my paint water cup. I’d been struggling with mental and physical health issues that made it challenging for me to keep up. This was a huge boost. I’m definitely booking more frequent cleans now!
