Just called because I hit my grounding wire with my lawnmower and wasn’t sure what to do. ChatGPT told me to call an electrician —called him at 7 o’clock on a Saturday. He had me text the photos and explained what’s up and how to fix it safely/ myself. Definitely calling him again— for something that needs paying for 👍

Jake and Anthony were quick and efficient. I had them install 3 alarms, install a bathroom fixture, put in a new switch for my fan/light, assess cost/benefit of new under cabinet lights and disconnected my dishwasher in prep if new one being installed. They were very understanding that I bought the incorrect alarms but they waited until I went out and bought new ones and helped me get a full return. They helped bring the old one to the garage for me. They were done in an hour. Their kindness and professionalism was above and beyond. I highly recommend them for any project.

My experience with Ridge Electrical Service was extremely good. They are very quick and reliable with all their communication. Most notable they were the only local company which actually answered their phone during the official business hours. I called several other companies beforehand because those companies were recommended by the condo association. After waiting for over a week for callbacks and numerous additional calls to those companies without receiving any response, I finally decided to go with a different company. When I called Ridge Electrical Service, John immediately answered the phone and was helpful right away. We set up a meeting for a walk through at my condominium to assess the work I need to get done. He promptly followed up with a written proposal. The execution of the work was quick, precise, and accurate. In other words extremely professional (no unexpected surprises or deviations from his original proposal). I will definitely continue to use Ridge Electrical Service for all my future projects.

A nice employee came out for a quote a few weeks ago, but never sent the quote. I texted and emailed four times and they kept saying they’d get it to me. But nothing. Really weird. I always get three quotes for a job, and so because Ridge ghosted me I had to call out a fourth electrician to get my third quote. Which delayed my project. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s pretty annoying.
