She explained that it is difficult to estimate a price over the phone as she must be able to see the house prior to giving an estimate. We were able to schedule her stopping by the same day and able to agree in a price. Her husband came the next day and provided excellent cleaning service to our home. The house looked immaculate after he left. He was on time but delayed in coming inside our house due to a miscommunication on my part.
