We love Lu’s Cleaning. Lucy and her team always go above and beyond their service. They are that good that even my younger son rated them 10 out of 10. For instance, they arent supposed to clean and organize my refridge. but they did cleaned and organized it to my surprise since I wasnt home at that time. Lucilene and her team do a great job cleaning our house! We have had her do a move-in deep clean and now have her on a bi-weekly basis. She is always communicative and flexible, and takes a lot of care when working in our home. She is also really careful with our cat, who will escape out the door if given the chance, and I really appreciate that. Happy to recommend her.

On his first day working solo in the carpet cleaning field, Donald was considerate, polite, and kind. He thoughtfully suggested extra services based on the needs of my property in Quincy. His work was comprehensive and effective. He took the time to explain the wear and tear in the high-traffic areas of my carpet and was careful to avoid soaking it.
