I called GEM Plumbing and Heating for an emergency appointment. I had GEM arrive in the late afternoon, replace a broken heating element and I had hot water for s could not hours. Brandon and his apprentice were very respectful of my household and mindful of keeping my cats safel when entering and renting my home. Thank you!!
