    I had an issue with my new hot water heater after an install. I had hot water for 5 days and all of a sudden on Saturday morning, cold water. I called GEM Plumbing and Heating for an emergency appointment. I had GEM arrive in the late afternoon, replace a broken heating element and I had hot water for s could not hours. Brandon and his apprentice were very respectful of my household and mindful of keeping my cats safel when entering and renting my home. Thank you!! This experience has made me a GEM Plumbing and Heating customer for any future issues.
