Very happy with the service I received from RCL. My hot water heater started leaking and they actually helped me temporary stop the leak over the phone so I wouldn't have to pay the extra charge of having someone come out for such a small job. They sent someone out the next morning to replace the water hear- very professional, great communication, and work was done in a timely manner. The two workers actually pointed out some other possible issues that they said I may want to get done soon and provided free estimates.

RCL was incredibly responsive and easy to book an appointment with. I had a tech out at my home a few hours later. Chris B. was super friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose the issue within the first 15 minutes! He made the fix and was gone within the hour. It can be tough to find good companies like this, especially for issues around the home that you are not used to dealing with, like HVAC issues - I will definitely be using RCL in the future!

Excellent experience with RCL for a new AC, furnace, water heater and oil tank. Friendly and informative team. Will use them on going and again for projects.

Sebastian & Nick showed up, after I called about my hot water tank leaking. They were respectful, timely, and cleaned up everything! Sebastian was very good about explaining things to me & answering my questions. I was impressed with him, mentoring his apprentice. He went "above & beyond"!

William and his associate are amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable and showed us everything they were doing. Work was meticulous as was the cleanup. This is my 3rd experience with the RCL team and it won't be our last!

RCL was able to replace my boiler faster than any other company. They had great communication and was very clear about the whole process. I definitely recommend them.

UPDATE:
Our house is now 13 years old and I knew I was on borrowed time with the hot water heater. I was going to replace our 50-gallon tank with the same type, but at the last minute I decided to look into a tankless water heater. I'm so glad I did! Stephanie at RCL was fantastic, helping me understand the quote, the tankless water heater I was purchasing, and scheduling a time that worked best for me. Kevin and Max arrived on time and were awesome. I was working upstairs and aside from the occasional drill noise, I would have never known that they were in the house. When all was said and done, Kevin walked me through the heater functionality, how to turn the water/gas off if needed, and answered my other questions. See the picture - they did such a nice job with it and it's another reason why I only trust RCL Mechanical with my plumbing and heating needs!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Our house was built 11 years ago and up to this point we never had our gas furnaces serviced. It can be hard to find a company you can trust, so I figured I'd wait for something to break first. I found RCL through an Instagram ad of all places, and with the furnace service special they were running, and all the positive reviews, I figured it'd be worth the (small) gamble.

Chris came right on time (a little early even) and was incredible from start to finish. I showed him the furnaces and one of the issues I thought one of them had, and he got right to work. There was a smallish issue with the furnace in the basement so he fixed it for a reasonable price (after explaining what the issue was and why I should repair it). What I truly appreciate is that he took the time to answer all my questions, and he explained what he did and why he did it. Because of this, I know that I will continue to use RCL Mechanical as I *finally* found a company I feel I can trust. Thank you!

I have Devin come out for the estimate and then Billy and Max did the actual install . Devi gave me the best price on the spot and offered financing and an explanation of everything I needed to know. When the parts were in I was called by the office staff for the date and time. Billy and Max did the work. They were efficient, an a pleasure to deal with. They also answered all my questions and were very personable. I have already had a few neighbors ask who did the work and have been recommending your company by far. I also enjoyed talking to the office staff who were very friendly and great to deal with

Devon was very thorough in analyzing our home's infrastructure, and providing the most sensible options for our A/C needs.

The install guys did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and in good spirits throughout the install, despite 100 degree temps. They worked as a team. The resulting install looks great. Can't thank them enough!

I had a burst pipe and the flood stopped my water heater The came quickly, offered a fair price for the work, and did a good job. They were very considerate and kind and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Waking up to no heat on an extremely cold day is an unsettling feeling (especially with little ones). We called RCL mechanical and an hour and a half later, Nate arrived. Nate was kind and professional. He had the problem solved quickly. We are extremely grateful to Nate and the RCL team for making our experience stress free.

Great work Jesse and the RCL team! Jesse was amazing! Installed a new boiler in one day due to impending snow storm the next day! He worked without complaints and still answered my questions. Jesse is professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and very experienced at his work! I’m so pleased with all the hard work he and the team put in!
Office staff also very friendly. I spoke with Jessica at the office by phone two different days and she also was so nice and answered all my questions. Great customer service!!

RCL installed a duct less mini split at my home. The crew was clean, professional and excellent to deal with. From start to finish the communication was great. I am very happy with my choice to go with them for my home project. Highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

Excellent work from the start to the end. Starting with Devin who spec’s out our new system to Kevin and Bill who installed the new system the next day. Everyone has been friendly and helpful and we couldn’t ask for more. We will work with RCL in the future.

Very professional and did a great job with our mini splits install. Very clean and got it done quickly. This was our 3rd home improvement project and I highly recommend them for your home improvement needs. Super easy company to work with.

The team over at RCL does an amazing job and are extremely diligent. They came and worked on hooking up my commercial kitchen appliances and pulled all the permits. Sergio was my tech and was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what needs to be done. They then assisted me and communicating with the town to ensure we passed all inspections.

Our experience with RCL Mechanical was nothing short of spectacular. What a great company to work with. From start to finish, the process was flawless to install a new HVAC system and evaporator coil in our house.
Devon was great to work with giving us an estimate for the job and very promptly. Kelly in the office was exceptional at scheduling the appointments and keeping us up to date and getting the answers to all of our questions. And lastly, our installers Billy and Ethan worked tirelessly to get the job done and on time as promised. They worked very neatly and answered all of our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend RCL or use their service again. GREAT JOB!!!

We had an issue with the boiler and our tenants were without heat. Eric diagnosed the problem efficiently, and got the water tank up and running the same day. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done professionally, and most importantly; the tenants now have heat! Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Thank you Eric and RCL crew!

Such a great two man job! While one was down working on my faucet in the kitchen, the other plumber was up in my bathroom hooking up my tub. They had great communication, were super friendly and got the job done in a quick and efficient manner! I highly recommend them!!

5 Stars all the way! RCL went above and beyond! The techs kept me updated on everything they were doing with replacing the furnace and the office was always available to answer any questions I had. They are now doing the other side with replacing the furnace and oil tank. Thank you so much RCL you guys are a kick ass team!!
