To say I’ve had bad luck with plumbers would be an understatement. After my past plumbers, my concern has always been will the job get done right. Thankfully, I found Thomas Kennedy. I’ve used their services consistently over the past 5 years. They are responsive, polite, professional and don’t price gouge you. 💯

Excellent service- staff are friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, efficient, and have a strong focus on safety with installation. Office staff is quick to respond to emails and prompt with scheduling service.

I never leave bad reviews, but this one was earned. I called because our tankless hot water heater was not getting hot enough. I was given an appointment two days away, which was great. The tech finish the job and said we were all set. Within two hours we had cold water again. I called the company right away and left a message saying the problem was not solved. They sent someone out the next day who replaced a part and fixed the problem. No big deal. My issue came when we received the bill. We were charged for two separate service calls. When I called the office to point this out I was told the service manager said the first service we had done needed to be done anyways. So the two service call fees were warranted. I explained I didn’t understand how this thought process as the first tech did not solve the problem. The secretary and I had a back and forth via text. I received a new invoice and text from them with the first service call removed, but with also a rude comment stating we took off the first visit and service as you clearly won’t pay it. I have no problem paying for the service received, but not paying for 2 visits when the problem wasn't solved in the first visit. Ridiculous. Techs were great, super nice. Office staff and overall experience , not so much.

Great company they do the hard work for you so you can save. The answer isn't always spend now and replace most of your system. These guys will take the time to repair your system and install it correctly. R22 r410a r32 r454b new and old
Don't believe me ask your repair man to
1 find issue
2 show where leak is or issue
3 fix the leak in your ac
and see if they come back.
