Technician arrived on time. Excellent and efficient service. Cooling Unlimited proactively called to make sure I had a service set up for my air conditioning to be ready for Summer.

Jason and his crew were top notch all the way. Excellent communication from start to finish. Walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with everything. The job was finished quicker than expected but with the highest quality craftsmanship. Great experience overall. I would absolutely recommend them for any job.

Max was great, he showed up within the arrival window provided and explained everything that needed to happen. Service was done promptly and informed me he would send a recap via email. The whole cooling unlimited team has been fantastic since they replaced our combi unit last year. Thank you!

First time customer-central ac started blowing warm air. Called around 7:30am and Nick came around 10:30am. Dispatch was very pleasant/friendly. Nick was awesome! Completely cleaned and fixed our unit within 1-2hrs. Runs like new! Highly recommend Cooling Unlimited!

It's been about a year since Cooling Unlimited came out and installed our new HVAC system. The AC and Furnace were original to the build, making both units 25-years old. The AC broke and the furnace was on its way out. We must have had twenty different HVAC and Mechanical companies come out to give estimates. We picked Cooling Unlimited because of the great reviews, and their price was one of the best quoted. They were fast, professional, and did an amazing job. The AC was great during the summer, and the heat was perfect during the winter. I hardly ever write reviews, but they deserve the full 5-stars. I would highly recommend them.

We called them in as a second opinion because the first opinion called for about $2000 of fixes. Their diagnosis fee was $10 more, but he identified just one problem rather than 3, and got the system running for just a few hundred. A couple weeks later the system stopped working again, and we called Cooling Unlimited back. Figuring their original diagnosis had missed the mark, they sent the technician back without a diagnosis fee and it turned out it was a simple unrelated problem where something had clogged, and he unclogged it and didn't charge us at all for the visit or fix. We even clandestinely asked about one of the things that the other people had said was problematic and this guy said he had checked it and it seemed fine. In short, based on my experience with them, I trust them to be honest, competent, and if anything under charge us. We will be sticking with them in future!

Had some regular A/C maintenance done, and David did a great job. He answered all my questions, which was great, and even spotted a water heater leak. He saved me from a flooded basement, so thanks for that!

Cooling Unlimited came out to assist with a faulty sensor in my compressor. Everything was taken care of quickly, professionally & the representative did a very thorough job checking all aspects of the unit to ensure the issue was resolved completely.

In the midst of this heat wave. This company came out and service our air condition they scheduled at the next day and they showed up and he was so professional I highly recommend them and I am now going to sign a service contract with them. I don’t believe in Service contracts, but I trust my business with these people they Our trustworthy and have an ethical business with the most amazing people. Highly recommend

Needed to replace a 19 yr old Carrier unit. Cooling Unlimited sent out a helpful Salesperson, got a very reasonable quote same day and scheduled the installation. The installers did a masterful job and cleaned up when they were done. The only sign they had been here was the welcome return of a cool air supply to our home. We’re sold. For our cooling and heating needs/maintenance, Cooling Unlimited will be our first call.

Excellent experience. In the midst of a heat wave, I had a problem with my mini-split. They were able to get a technician out the next day. The technician was polite, competent and efficient. I’ll call them again when I add another mini-split or I need another repair.

Overall, a great experience - I highly recommend them. I got several quotes and this was not the cheapest one, but I decided to go with them because A. they were most responsive (email, text or phone call, they respond to all), B. they were flexible and agreed to sub-contract my preferred carpenter for the construction pieces, C. the equipment they offered me was better (more efficient) than the competitor, D. they offered information and help with MassSave high-efficiency 0% heat loan and related MassSave rebates.

The job was replacing my broken heat system, including backup heat / air handler (inconveniently in my bathroom ceiling) and heat pump / condenser (inconveniently on the roof of my condo complex). The machine is a Bryant Evolution® Variable-Speed Heat Pump
Model 288BNV (which is 18 SEER/12.5 EER cooling efficiency and 11 HSPF) and the air handler is 5-speed variable. The new thermostat is the companion Evolution® Connex™ Control.

It took a few weeks to get contracts (including sub-contract), MassSave heat loan sorted and schedule the job, but once is started, the heat replacement itself took only 2 full days, including removal of old equipment, crane to reach the roof and electrical. The heat removal / replacement was exactly per the provided schedule. I think there were at least 6 guys working on the heat equipment at various times. The ceiling construction (4 other guys at various times) took a bit longer than I initially expected (1 day demolition of bathroom, as expected, but 3+ days of ceiling reconstruction, which included metal frame, drywall, plaster, paint and 2 installed metal hatches), but that was my preferred subcontractor and he did a fantastic job.

All the people who came to my house were professional and knowledgeable. The preparation and cleanup was a little inconsistent depending on which guy was there; sometimes it was 30 minutes of prep with paper / plastic on all floor (including through the doorway) and cleaning so thorough that it was cleaner than I usually keep it; other times it was a cloth tarp quickly set down with a quick wipedown and sweep at the end (not as clean as I usually keep it), but I appreciate that everyone made an effort to clean the job site at the end of each day.

I haven't had the new, efficient system long enough to see an appreciable change in my energy bills (this April was slightly less expensive than 2018 April bill, but hard to say if that's just inconsistent weather or the new system), but I can definitely FEEL the difference. I LOVE the new 5-speed fan system, which goes soft if just maintaining a temperature or harder if needing to change multiple degrees (which it can do much quicker than my old system). Also, it's "smart" enough not to put the fan full blast while there's still cold air in the ducts (my old system used to blow cold air when it first turned on and had only one speed).

During the project, they swiftly handled their part of the MassSave heat loan application, responded quickly to questions, and were able to deal with challenges (like the narrow height of my bathroom ceiling) and changes (e.g., an unrelated plumbing project in the building which had impact on my condensate drainage pipe). They also submitted both MassSave rebates on my behalf.

Although I generally like to support smaller businesses, having a larger business for this project, with a dedicated sales person / project manager (Jason Shea) made this project a lot easier for me. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and I think in this case, choosing a more expensive service gave me a much better experience. Also, on a side note, this project involved people of various skin tones and accents; white guys, Brazilian immigrants, they all did a great job - that's what makes America great, a mix of talented, hard-working and diverse people.

I would definitely use Cooling Unlimited again and would recommend to anyone in the area who needs heat replacement.

I had a maintenance check today and the technician was very good. He suggested that I might need a new heat pump soon.

Brad was timely and friendly, did a great job to understand and fix our AC unit. Great service. Having an AC die in a heat wave is very challenging and Cooling Unlimited provided quick appt and great customer service. Would highly recommend.
