Terrible property management service. They are so bad that they even get adjacent property owners to complain about their service and even the noise their contractors create at all hours. Once they were hired a previously first-class corporate property went straight downhill. Everything from their summer care to their winter snow removal has been awful.

After contracting snow removal for this dis honest Company. No complaints from the Awesome work we did. Event the staff, Jan was overly happy about the work we did. We pulled them out of a few bad spots. But when It came time to cut the checks they were always mis communicating , and finding ways to delay the payments. Even go so far as to say the guy who cuts checks is in Africa for two weeks.
When NECC sent a full cell to file up the loader, I couldn't believe my eyes. The truck carrying the fuel cell barley had enough body left in the bed of the truck to hold the Cell of Fuel. As a Contractor with a great reputation in Ma and RI I can't believe these people are doing business In The Commonwealth. Make sure you have your Attorney Generals Email and Number on hand if you do decide to do any type of business with NECC Corporation.

We have been sweeping for NECC Corp for a couple years. They are always 4 to 6 months past due on payments. Jan Russo is the only person you can ever contact at this crappy company. Patrick Leyne (owner) hides and avoids. After them owing us 6 months of service for two shopping centers we cleaned for them nightly, we contacted the shopping center owners. They were surprised at NECC's tactics and cancelled service with them and contracted us directly. When Jan got word of this, she called and said it we are pathetic for contacted the management company. Whats pathetic is them getting paid for the services we are providing and not paying us. Legal action is now being taken.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with AA Tree Service. I reached out a week before Labor Day, and the estimator was kind enough to come by the day before the long weekend to provide a thoughtful and fair quote. We scheduled the service for September 10, 2024.

On the scheduled day, a team of friendly professionals arrived right on time at 8 a.m. and got straight to work. We needed tree trimming rather than removal, focusing on a number of large branches that needed to be cut back to help our yard feel more open and airy. The job was completed efficiently in just an hour and 45 minutes, including a thorough clean-up.

The team did such a careful job that it’s hard to tell anyone had been there—our yard was left spotless. I’m very pleased with their work and the courteous service we received. I would gladly recommend AA Tree Service to others and would happily use their services again.

I am very happy with the job that AA Tree completed. My property presented two problems for them. In the first I had a disabled car that couldn't be moved the second issue was a tree 120 feet tall. In both cases the trees had to be climbed. That alone was worth the price of admission to watch. Alfredo and his team did a great job and his price will be hard to beat.

We had a very large tree in our backyard that hung over our fence and our home. I was very impressed of the work that they did, everyone worked as a team and things were done in very good time and very safely. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I do plan on calling on them again in the future to take care of more trees.

AA Tree Service is not only one of the BEST but is always reasonably priced. We have been using them for over 13 or 14 years and have never been disappointed with their work. Alfredo and his guys are not only professional, they are the hardest workers I have ever seen! They work till the job is done, always to your satisfaction, and when they are done the job, everything has been cleaned up to perfection. You can never go wrong with hiring this Company!! We call them again and again whenever we need any work done on our property. Call them if you need work done… you will not be disappointed!!!

This isn’t my first time using AA Tree Service and it certainly won’t be my last. As always, Alfredo & his guys were fantastic from start to finish. They were super efficient and professional, not to mention, extremely reasonably priced for the work I needed. I would recommend them to anybody.

Did an excellent job taking down multiple dead trees in my yard. The team was fast and efficient. There was a small miscommunication on the intended scope of the project, however they worked with me and got the matter resolved in a quick and professional manner. First of all I want to thank the owner of the company AA tree service for having such a nice and wonderful company the guys are responsible and workers who do an excellent job without a doubt I would call them again in the future I recommend them they work very well they come they understand each other they are a group of people they come organized with good machinery and leave a job that is done and very clean I recommend them 👌👌

Our neighbors were having 2 trees cut down, we asked about 2 trees of ours close by. The guys gave us a great quote and added it the same day to our neighbors. We were very pleased with the job from start to finish. They did an awesome job and made sure they picked up little twigs and leaves, leaf blowing off the pool deck, raking and picking up the shavings from the wood chipper. Highly recommend this company!

I would like to start off by saying CJ the sales rep was great. I got 5 proposals and his was the best price but that is not what sold me. What sold me was he genuinely understood the obstacles I had in order to get to all of the trees. I have power lines on both sides of the house, a septic tank near some of the trees and a leaching field near the rest of the trees. A team of 8 showed up on time and professionally started removing the trees. I was extremely concerned because the trees I was having removed butted up against two different neighbors, the septic tank and the leaching field. AA Tree and Shrub staff was phenomenal and I would call them again in a minute should I need them. Not only did they do a great job removing the trees but they did a fabulous clean up. Five Star company!! Thank you.

We recently had AA Tree Service out to our home twice in the past week here in the Merrimack Valley. They were fantastic; they removed 2 trees, trimmed and shaped others and did an excellent job cleaning up. Highly recommend AA!

Today AA Tree Service removed several very tall, dead trees and large fallen branches in a small wood next to my house in Londonderry NH. Carlos and team were very professional, skilled and time efficient. They were a coordinated team to remove the trees and large stumps, then grind all the wood into chips so it could be removed. They then did a great job cleaning up so I wouldn’t have known they had been there. It was an outstanding job and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!
