They told me they would be here between 12-5 and never showed up. Not even a courtesy call to cancel or reschedule my service. Had to leave a message and still have not returned my call! Very bad customer service!!

Paul and his team recently completed the Rainforest project at Roger Williams Park Zoo. This intricate project required irrigation of plants both outside and inside which were critical for the exhibit as well as the animals living inside. Paul was attentive to the needs expressed by the zoo and helped us think outside the box to achieve the requirements.

Wish could give 0 stars .Worst experience ever!!! Called them scheduled and appointment to open our sprinklers for the season. They gave us a 5 hr window 12-5 which is crazy as is now had to plan entire day basically around waiting. 5 came and went and no one showed up at all. No call nothing 😡😡 called left messages no response next day still nothing no answer and no response what a joke of a company. Things come up but you call and explain not no call and ignoring. Screw this place Ruined our day thanks a lot!

Impossible to get a hold of someone at P&G. I called 5 or 6 times in the spring to do a spring opening and all you get is an automated response saying to leave a message. After you leave a message no one calls you back. Highly recommend using someone else. Then I tried to call again to take out a sprinkler and again I get the automated message saying to leave a message. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

P &G has been working overtime to ensure that everything is satisfactory. I am a long time customer and will continue. Their workmanship is excellent.

P&G Irrigation was recommended to us by a landscaping contractor for an irrigation system installation. After meeting with several other irrigation companies we chose P&G. Throughout the process they were professional, the price was competitive and they were quick to call back and come out to the house. Anyone needing an irrigation system or maintenance should contact P&G.

I called Paul last year to help with heads leaking and it was difficult to get him to call me back. Finally was able to close the system but he said I needed a filter since I had a well and could do it in the spring. I agreed this was the best idea. Spring comes around and he has no memory of the situation. You would have thought he would have noted the account? They finally came out and opened the system. he gave me an estimate to put the filter a sprinkler head and new seals. even though I replaced them last year. The estimate was definitely high but I told him to do it since I am not home (deployed). My wife called him twice with in a two week time frame and left messages and nothing. The secretary just told me we are doing the best we can? They have a secretary! She can't return his calls? I went with this company because I like to use locals but I will never call this company again. You can find better service and prices some where else.

I did a fair bit of research into irrigation businesses that specialize in residential lawn systems in my area. P&G was one of those businesses and after an onsite consult & quote, I decided to go with them for my system installation.
The job done was outstanding with almost no damage to my established lawn. The crew took my feedback on how I wanted to sprinkler heads positioned and gave me advice on how they recommend setup. The end result was a professional-grade system consisting of 52 sprinkler heads, and a control interface that basically runs itself. I'd highly recommend P&G to anyone looking for a high-quality irrigation system.

We have used P&G irrigation for our household sprinkler system since they installed the system over 8 years ago. Initial prices were fair, and installation was efficient, with minimal damage to our lawn. They have upgraded the system as our needs have changed, and performed repairs promptly when the system is damaged. They perform system start up and shut down as requested. Communication via email is fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.

P&G installed our complicated and unique irrigation system on time, on budget, and extremely professionally. We are a 200 year old property with two museums offering tours, kid's camps, and weddings every weekend. There were absolutely no disruptions, and the grounds have never looked better. I can’t say enough good things about Paul, the owner of P&G Irrigation, and his crew. They installed a new irrigation system as well as outdoor lighting. The outdoor lighting creates such an ambience at night; we are absolutely thrilled that we decided to have them install that. Our home was a new build and having the irrigation system to establish our new lawn was critical. Each time I reached out to Paul, he got back to me within a reasonable timeframe. He was always so pleasant and professional and had really good ideas on how both the lighting and irrigation would work best for our property. P&G installed a new irrigation system for me this week. I have to say Paul's team did an amazing job. Honestly, I cannot remember seeing people working harder or more efficiently. Their coordination was like a ballet, no one stopped working and they all knew what to do. Putting in a sprinkler system is like major surgery, but when it was over, I could barely find the stitches. Outstanding! I recommend P&G without reservation.

I have used Paul for six or seven years now. We just moved this past winter and Paul was here to ensure our new system was working and up running for the season. Paul also has some great workers who actually care about their work. After getting everything running, Paul started to lay out and plan for our ground lighting installation. I would recommend P&G to anyone.
