Overall, I had a very negative experience. I initially called about a dishwasher issue, and after scheduling to get someone out here, we were told the price and were a little surprised. They were coming in at slightly higher labor costs than everyone else, and charging us $200 for a part that I found for $50 on amazon. They were able to fix it quickly so we just ignored the price gouging.
Fast forward 4 months, we get the exact same error code on the dishwasher, and when I called them to resolve what was likely an installation error, were told we would be charged again! Would not recommend this company, it would be much better to wait a little longer and not get ripped off for a temporary fix!

Dishwasher stopped working, and less than 24 hours later, Alex was here to help resolve the issue. Called when he was 30 minutes out to let me know he was on the way, which I truly appreciate with 2 dogs and an infant at home. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and would absolutely recommend, and use again. Top notch service.

I called Fasteny Appliance Repair on Saturday hoping to schedule a technician on Monday if possible as our GE Profile Wall Oven suddenly started shutting down after a few minutes. I was surprised when they said they could come out the same day!

Rick called 20 minutes prior to arriving letting us know when to expect them. He was incredibly polite and was quickly able to diagnose the issues. It was determined to be either the heating element or the electrical panel. None of which were currently available, however they would be able to order the parts. Rick provided us with a detailed explanation, as well as an estimate for parts, repairs and expected timeframe.

Imagine our surprise when Rick called on Monday stating the part had arrived and they could come out immediately! Wow!! Such fast service. Rick and Mack came out within 30 minutes. Shortly after arrival they had my oven pulled out, repaired and replaced! They made sure to test it twice before cleaning up the area and leaving. Highly recommended! I have pinned them to the top of my contacts as it's not often you come across repair men that are as honest, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I think it shows they truly care for their customers. I recently had to call on this Fasteny appliance repair company to fix my Refrigerator , and I was extremely impressed with their service. Update - 9 months later I needed my dryer repaired again because they didn't use the correct rollers. The correct rollers cost me $10.00 less a piece than the ones that they provided. Not happy.

My subzero built in refrigerator needed repairs. I had called multiple companies before and i was being told the compressor needs to be replaced and the bill was very hefty. When Fasteny arrived they informed me that they could fix it without replacement of the compressor. The technician was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Very fast service. Mac came and out the gate told us if it was the control panel it would around ~$500 from the start so we’d know. He ended replacing that and another part he did free of charge and put on a piece we never bothered to install ourselves. Quick, easy and honest

Mack was great! went above and beyond! Dryed was worse than I thought. Blown out mother board, Brocken belt. (Showed to me.) 2 dead birds in vent, shovled and cleared outside vent from snow and debris. Then I heard dryer running! Great Job!!!
