Mac was great. We had a late Friday night call into fixing our refrigerator and he came over first thing Saturday morning. It was a little on the expensive side, but he was extremely helpful and the repair was very speedy so very much worth it. Definitely will call Fasteny again if needed.

I called Fasteny Appliance Repair at 2:15pm for a leaking dishwasher. They told me they could have someone at my house between 3 & 4pm the same day! I was surprised that I could have it repaired so quickly! They sent a technician named Mack. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed me what was wrong with it and he fixed it! Their prices are very reasonable.

Excellent service- my online request was answered with a quick call back in less than 15 minutes with several options for an initial diagnostic visit. The tech was super prompt, was able to give me a price for the replacement part (front loading washer seal/boot), an estimated repair time and cost as well. He also was able to give me a great price on a latch replacement and fix for the washing machine drawer pedestal that was broken.

The parts arrived within a few days and he called me and replaced on a Friday night! Worked efficiently and tested everything before leaving.

Would absolutely recommend.

Fasteny Appliance Repair and Our technician, Mack, from Fasteny are highly recommended. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Mack came the next day after our call to analyze our dryer and give us a quote. He had to get parts and promised to return either the same day or the next. He communicated with us and returned the next day as promised to complete the job. He worked late to be sure he finished and our dryer was working perfectly. He cleaned the dryer and the area he worked in completely. Our final price was exactly the price quoted. We will call them again when we need someone for our appliances.

We had another company out on the 18th for our oven and they couldn’t get back out till after thanksgiving with the parts, Called ATESERVICE came out order parts and oven was up and running before thanksgiving highly recommended .

Edison was great and promptly fixed my Frigidaire refrigerator cooling and water issue. He diagnosed the issue quickly, carefully explained the problem and how to prevent it. Would highly recommend.

AMAZING service. Filled out their online form late on a Thursday about fixing our fridge, they called on Friday and set up a Monday visit, checked out my fridge in only 10-15 minutes, went and picked up the part and was back within half an hour, and fixed my fridge within another 10 or 15 minutes! I am only giving this review one star as there is no option for zero stars.
I am surprised to see so many good reviews as my experience with them was awful! It took one month for the guy to come to exchange the part which actually did not completely resolved the problem. After that he showed up once and then kept promising to replace another part.. he kept promising for another 2 months. He kept saying he has the part in his truck however I need to wait until he 'll be around my area. I was patiently waiting to have my washer repaired, however 3 months later it's still broken, he kept promising each week on the phone then stopped answering my calls, he basically lied and did not come.

I am here to add to this review as I could not respond to their response to my review. I just cannot believe they deny that they even dealt with me. I couldn't reach Edison after he promised and promised and did not show up but he called within 5 minutes after I posted this review. Edison said he is the owner of the company so I am not sure why should I email with them now. I should probably file a customer complaint as this is quite concerning and unprofessional.
My washer was under warranty with Whirpool who hired them and they were not able to fix my washer for 3 months, lied to me, even told me that Whirpool didn't pay them, now they try to deny it.

Whirpool company sent us another service company to repair my washer. What ATE couldn't resolve for three months, these guys came, identified the issue and fixed it right away - the same day. I can finally use my washer. I wrote this review hoping this would never happen to another customer.

We could not find anyone to repair our induction stove until we called ATE Service. They sent someone out within a couple of days, ordered the part needed, and had our stove fixed all within a week! Edison was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took all the proper PPE precautions when he came into our house. Highly recommended!!

I give them 1 star for showing up on time. When the technician called and realized it was a washing machine leaking underneath, his whole tone changes. Implied it took "two men " to pull the machine out. He did show up. Ran a few cycles and implied I called for no reason. "Next time you call Whirlpool, makes sure it is leaking because I don't get paid for this" I showed him the pile of wet towel from the leak. He left with no resolution.Of course the machine was still leaking. I called a well known appliance company in Malden.. the technician stayed with the washer until he found the leak, fixed the leak. I would not use this company again.

Choosing this repair center for my freezer repair needs was the right decision.
