Dan is reliable, knowledgeable, and fair. He has helped out our family at multiple homes over the last few years and he’s always been able to take care of problems or even just give us some advice. Most recently it was a shower leak that took out the drywall on the floor below. Dan was there to get it fixed quickly and make sure it was done right. We trust him for any plumbing work.

I contacted Danny and he got back to me within a few minutes, which is practically unheard of. I asked him to replace my garbage disposal, which had frozen up and was causing the sink to drain very slowly. It was also affecting the dishwasher draining and I was unable to run even a quick cycle without an error code. Danny was awesome all around: flexible with scheduling, great communication, and asked me to send him photos of the old and new disposal so he could do a bit of research on the new disposal I ordered. I asked if he could swap out the kitchen faucet and he was able to fit that in, too. He was transparent about pricing and his rate seemed very fair.

On the morning of my appointment, he was running a bit behind and texted me to update me and to ensure that a slightly different time worked for me. When he arrived, he got right to work and had the disposal and faucet replaced in no time. He also confirmed that the dishwasher would run without a problem draining.

He left my kitchen spotless and even put my stuff back under my sink!! I'm so happy to be able to wash dishes and use the sink without worrying about a slow drain. The dishwasher ran a full cycle without a hitch. Danny is a gem and I wholeheartedly recommend his services!!

Dan has done a great job on multiple jobs at my home. When we had a plumbing emergency, he was there ASAP. He is very responsive and great at what he does— highly recommended for all your plumbing needs!

Really great experience with Dan! I filled out the form on his website and got a text back in less than hour to schedule a time for him to check out my clogged tub. He was very communicative when he was running a tad late which I really appreciated! The hair clog was massive and nearly 20ft into the pipe, but he was able to get it out quick and even rinsed the tub! I will definitely keep his business card on hand for the next time I need a plumber.

It was a Saturday evening, about 4:00 PM and we were about to leave for 2 week vacation overseas, when we went into our storage room to grab something and found a puddle of water from our hot water heater. I immediately googled who could replace this in a short turnaround and called one of the "big companies" that does this kind of work. I was told they could come on Monday to evaluate and then depending on the evaluation, they would then schedule what would need to be done, which was a couple days after that. Each step with them cost money too. I couldnt wait that long and looked up more options when I came across Daniel Wright Plumbing & Heating. There were other reviews that were reminiscent of what I was going through. I called and left a message. I received a call back in less than an hour. He asked a few questions about the unit I had, I texted a few pictures and he was at our house the next morning to look at the situation. He gave me a quote when he left and he was at our house the next morning (Monday) when he said he would be, installed the new hot water heater and cleaned up after himself. He did quality work, was reliable, communicated transparently, was polite and professional. He followed-up after to ensure all was working properly. Highly recommend and he will definitely be our first call when in a situation like this again.

I have used Wright Plumbing on two occasions, and both times I have been impressed with Dan's quality of work and professionalism.

Recently, we had a new stove installed by the plumber recommended by the retailer. Unfortunately, the installation left the stove sticking out about four inches, which prevented some of our kitchen drawers from opening. We were pretty frustrated. The original plumber proposed a complicated option to address the issue.

So I got a second opinion and called Wright Plumbing. Dan quickly assessed the situation and identified a far more efficient solution. His expertise ultimately saved us both time and money. Wright Plumbing is definitely the first person I will call for any future plumbing issues.

After more than a week of single digit weather, we lost hot water while having plenty of water pressure and cold water. This meant our 12 yr old water heater had given up the good fight (rather than frozen pipes). Sure enough, I went downstairs and the water heater was leaking. After I figured out how to shut it off and shut off the main water valve, I called my neighbor who was very excited to give me Dan Wright’s number. She had a great experience with him after gathering multiple quotes for a project in her home. I left a message with an answering service and got a call back within the hour. Knowing very little about the system, I did not know if this was an emergency or if it could wait till the morning. Dan was able to walk me through shutting off the flow to the water heater while keeping the water on for the rest of my house, so our toilets and sinks worked. He then went over a few different price points, which I found extremely reasonable. He was at my house before noon the next day Not only did he replace the water heater and have everything up and working, he also took extra time to show me how to bleed my boiler and get rid of air that had been trapped in the system waking me up at night when the heat came on. When the water heater was all set up and running, he made some recommendations to improve the flue (which was the likely culprit) and explained everything in a way that I could understand

During a recent freeze, my elderly uncle’s pipes burst. A bad situation made worse by the fact that I live about an hour and a half away. When I arrived at the house, there were already several inches of water on the basement floor. It was a stressful situation and we needed help quickly.

Dan answered the call right away and was responsive to both calls and texts. He came out promptly, took the time to carefully assess the situation, located the break, and clearly explained what needed to be done to repair it. He was calm, professional, and patient with all of us while we worked through the problem remotely and with my uncle at the house.

Because we had to coordinate a few other things, the final repair had to wait a couple of weeks. When we called Dan again, he responded quickly and was able to come back within a day or two to complete the work.

The repair was handled professionally and the entire experience, from communication to scheduling to the work itself, was excellent. In a stressful situation, having someone dependable makes a huge difference.
