Dan showed up on schedule and solved our problem with our clothes dryer. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend Cape Cod Appliance service without reservations.

I would highly recommend Cape Cod Appliance Service and suggest that if you look them up, double check the name to make sure you have the correct company as there are others with similar names. As needed, we will definitely use them again. I could not recommend them more highly!

I called Cape Cod Appliance because our oven was broken. I got an appointment within the week. Danny came to fix the oven. He was polite, professional and got the job done. I feel this company is not the typical company that tries to gouge the customer. I highly recommend them.

Bob and Team were great. They arrived the next-day, were always in contact via text/phone for their on-time arrivals, and were super professional and friendly. They also put a lot of effort into minimizing the disruption caused by a repair and making sure our wood floors were protected during the repair. I'd call them again in heartbeat the next time I need an appliance repaired.

The service tech , Dan, was very professional. He arrived on time, with tools that he needed. After he had completed a thorough assessment, he walked me through what was wrong with the washer machine. It wasn't great news but based on his clear explanation of his findings I was able to understand why repair was not an option. I asked him to look at the over-the-stove microwave, which was out of scope of the service request. He quickly was able to determine the microwave had a short that when turned on pops the circuit breaker. He also determined that three of the kitchen outlets were on the same circuit as the microwave and based on the age of the house could be a issue and I needed to have an electrician look at the wiring. The cost of the service was reasonable and if all the service technicians are as professional and knowledgeable as Dan, Cape Cod Appliance Service should be the first company to call when service is needed.

We have been using Cape Cod Appliance Service for decades, whether to repair a dryer, refrigerator, or other some appliance. They have always been incredibly responsive, professional, and reasonably priced, and it is great to have such a reliable company on which we can count so close to home.

The Cape Cod technicians are always polite, careful of your property and do the repair efficiently and with expertise. They explain what was wrong & how they repaired it. I’ve had them for repairs about six times and I am always pleased with their work.

I could not be more pleased with Cape Cod Appliance Service. They were able to schedule an appointment to fix my Electrolux washer within just a couple of days. The serviceman arrived first thing in the morning, exactly when he said he'd be here. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and fixed the washer quickly. The price was very reasonable; less than what I'd anticipated. I would highly recommend Cape Cod Appliance Service.

My technician Bob went above and beyond in the install of a new filter system in my sub zero refrigerator and updating the outdated software, even wiping it down where mold had begun to show up! He was on time, friendly and very professional- someone who clearly cares about the quality of the work he is performing. An excellent representative of his company. Very impressed.

Cape Cod Appliance Service has excellent customer service. From the person who answers the phone to the person doing the repairs. Dan was the person doing the repairs today and he was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

This company is the best service company on the cape by far! We have used them multiple times to fix various appliances and they always come through. Very polite and clean and they respect your house. I will always use them. Those other big names on the cape are terrible. Use these guys!

Had issues with our Bosche refrigerator. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Chris diagnosed the problem right away. A part needed to be ordered which can take forever, but within a week the part was in and he came back for the final fix. Very efficient way of communicating through text. I'll definitely use them for any future appliance repairs!

Very happy with the service received! Technician Dan was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. My washing machine had a very challenging issue with a bra wire caught in between drums. Dan took everything apart to try dislodge it....sadly, it was lodged in an inaccessible spot...He felt bad he couldn't help more...but he give me reassurance I could run it...sure enough, after his manipulations and after running the 3rd load, the wire dislodged and appeared in my laundry! Problem solved and machine is running like a charm now! Phew, his advice saved me from having to buy a new machine! Thank you Dan!

From the friendly and helpful woman i spoke to when i called to the service person who came out to do the repair; everything was super professional.
I had a situation with my fridge failing two days before a house full of guests were arriving. They sent someone out right away. Bob, came on a Saturday but unfortunately didn't have the part as it was an uncommon part. He said he's order it on Monday and install on Tuesday. That was going to be really inconvenient given my house guests but nothing more to do. I did not make a fuss. Monday morning i got a call from Bob. He had called a friend off cape and located the part. He met him at the bridge and my fridge was up and running before noon! Bob went above and beyond what his job requires and i am very grateful for that.

Speed Queen dryer wouldn’t heat. Called yesterday and they came this morning. They had the parts on the truck and were gone in 1 hour. The technician (Dan) was great.

Much better response than the appliance store, where we purchased a washer, dryer, microwave, 2 refrigerators, and a dishwasher. They offered to come out in 10 days. They wanted a charge card before coming and they said they carry no parts so they would evaluate, order parts, and install on a second visit.
Highly recommended Cape Cod Appliance and Dan based on this experience.

My Neighbors needed an appliance repaired and they did it promptly and they were fair with prices.

Nice kid came and looked at our 2 year old washer machine. Pushed a few buttons, called his boss to ask what could be the problem. Got off the phone and told me it needed an actuator and wouldn't be worth fixing. I got the part online for $25, my husband hooked up in 10 minutes.
They were prompt in their appointment scheduling less than a week which was great and they are very responsive. I was disapointed in their ability to do the job they were hired for. I could have told him over the phone what was going on before he came to my home and saved myself a $170 bill for NOTHING. Their employess arrived at 10:00am, left at 10:35. My machine was not fixed during their visit. I was billed for a diagnostic fee? As well as an hour of labor? The actuator is under the machine - he did not even turn the machine over.

So these people could not even put our stackable washer and dryer back together., now the washer drair that they fixed , lol blew apart and flooded our basement one month!!!

I Called this company to do an estimate to fix my fridge, a technician spent 5 minutes in my house to just look at the fridge and not really fix anything. I was charged $189 and was told $950 to replace the compressor. $1,139 total cost. A new fridge goes around $1, 300. Make sure you do your research before call them up. I wish I had read the reviews here first.
