He always returns my calls, shows up when he says he will and puts his whole heart & soul into every job we've ever contracted him to do. Landscaping isn't just a job for Mark, it's his life and you can hear that with after just a few minutes of talking with him. So much passion and it truly shows in his work.

Today Jaya from MAS landscaping came out to our property to do a clean out. Our back yard looks completely different, the work she did is truly amazing. I had no idea our yard was that big ! There wasn’t a stick left behind. I highly highly recommend this professional and detailed company. If you are looking for cleans outs or anything else landscaping related these are your people ! We had MAS Landscaping do a yard clean-up on our home's entire yard end of August 2017. The yard was a mess, so to speak, after two years of little to no maintenance. The yard is quite cumbersome too, as far as it's landscape (large rock croppings, sloped back and side area, gravel, woodsy, brick walkway and large front and side deck areas). MAS did a great job removing all brush, leaves, fallen branches , excess lawn debri, pruning and trimming bushes/trees, and remove unnecessary ground plants and vines. Mark was professional and easy to work/communicate with. Him and the MAS Team were professional and it was obvious they took pride in their work. We only use MAS for a yard clean-up however I have no doubt that their other landscaping services as just as great. Thank you MAS for a job well done!

I needed a last minute cut, cleanup, and mulch job before an open house. Even though the weather was very uncooperative Mark stayed in touch and made sure to do his best to fit our job in to what was a very full schedule. I had tall wet grass throughout my property but once they were finished I didn't find a stray piece of long grass anywhere in the yard.

Mark and his team helped me with a project to redo my front yard. He was helpful, communicative, friendly, and the quality/value of work was fantastic. I highly recommend MAS for any landscaping need.

MAS has been maintaining my property for a couple of years now. The crew comes to my property and keeps it clean every week so that I can spend some quality time with my toddler in the yard instead of doing yard work. I have a seasonal contract with MAS and the pricing is quite reasonable. Mark, the owner, is very straightforward and unpretentious and very easy to work with.

Hired Mark for snow removal at condo complex in Everett. He has been dependable and provides quality service. One time there was a billing question that was resolved almost immediately to both our satisfaction. This past winter I had to find someone to plow my brother’s driveway and walkways. He had just passed away and we needed to keep the house until we were ready to sell it. Since I do not live in the area it was quite difficult to find someone to do the work. Until I called MAS. They were wonderful to work with and had no problem adding us to their workload.
They did an outstanding job all winter. They would not only plow the driveway and shovel the walks, but they would sand as well. They would be there before the last snowflake fell. There was no chance someone would fall.

I am very impressed with MAS Landscaping. I hired them to help me with a clean up and they did a great, great job. They did such a thorough job! Mark even took the time to answer a bunch of questions for me and he gave me some honest advice about my plans for more improvements. I hired them this year for the season to take care of my property in Stoneham and they did an awesome job. They were at my house each week doing a great job of taking care of big and small details. Mark and his team were great to work with. We asked them to help us with our spring clean up, and there was a lot to do since the previous owners of our house hadn't pruned the very mature plants in the front and back yards in years. MAS cleaned up the lawn and under the bushes, aerated the lawn, mowed, mulched, trimmed, edged, and pruned, and when I came home from work there wasn't so much as a loose leaf in the yard. Very efficient and tidy work. We will definitely use them again.

Mark and his team have done an excellent job on our place in melrose. They came all last year and mowed every Friday like clockwork, leaving us a pristine place to hang out and play with the kids just in time for the weekend. In addition they mulched our many garden beds, trimmed trees, bushes and perennials, raked our leaves in the fall, and always left the place looking fantastic. Mark always aims to please and will always take time to talk to you and make sure you are happy with the work his crew does. I was impressed enough with their work that we hired them to install a playground mulch box in our backyard, and even though he subcontracted it, the guy he used was just as skilled and dependable as the regular crew. Would recommend to anyone.

Mark of M.A.S Landscaping and his team have been doing our lawn, plants and shrubs now for 3 years. Not only is he a professional as well as his team but extremely courteous. His work is superb and cleanup after taking care of the yard is perfection, We did have a problem with one of our shrubs and bush, so we called Mark and he called right back and came down to look at the problem. He replaced both the bush and the plant w/o any hassle at all. If you want someone who is honest, a true professional and the best, give Mark at M.A.S. a call.

Mark and his crew redesigned and installed a new backyard for us. Most of it had been covered in rocks, old stone flower beds needed to be removed, and there was a lot of overgrowth. Mark was a straight shooter with the quote and what we were getting in regards to service. He was here every day with his team leading the operation. We had issues in the past with other landscaping companies where the person we talked to was not onsite for the project. Mark was onsite, and was operating the bobcat that needed to remove all the stone. He is very hands on and was available for questions throughout the installation and after they were done. Mark has a great deal of knowledge and expertise and was able to come up with a great plan for our backyard and execute on it. Our son now has a safe backyard to play in, which includes a play area in the back. I highly recommend his services.

Willing to always take time to explain and help on-site or a phone call! Also clean well put together, caring. No matter how big or small My first choice is always MAS and I tell others about them also! I have never had a negative outcome in any project or talk with the owner Marc or any of his workers! I contacted MAS for a spring cleanup. Mark returned my call promptly and came by the same day to give me an estimate. I scheduled the service with MAS and I'm glad I did. The work was exceptional as my yard now looks fantastic! My neighbors have commented on how great my yard looks. Shane and Jorge were here for 6 hours and did a fantastic job.
