MAS did a fanctic job on our lawn in Medford. Mark talked me through pricing, his recommendations, and got us scheduled shortly after. His team did a great job on our lawn and we’ll definitely be booking again. Would recommend!

Mark and his team are amazing! I hired them to clean up a section of my yard behind a fence that had been left untouched for years. I had weeds that had grown a good 8 ft+ tall. They cleaned up everything and hauled it all away in record time. He also agreed to haul away an old fence for me or a reasonable fee, which was outside the scope of that day's work but made my life so much easier.

This is a stand up company that does right by its customers and goes above and beyond. As proof, I happened to have a delivery arrive unexpectedly while they were here. The delivery driver was unable to get the pallet into my driveway on his own due to faulty equipment/an overloaded pallet. Mark immediately stepped in to help, and after a herculean effort, the delivery made it safely into my driveway. I truly don't know what I would have done if Mark hadn't been there and helped out. I'd probably still have a delivery sitting in the road in front of my house. He never asked for compensation and just did it because he's a good person. But, I tipped him for his effort as anyone should when a company goes above and beyond like this (do not take this review as a suggestion to abuse Mark's generosity, compensate him for his kindness).

Finally, I was really impressed with how responsive Mark was. He has a voicemail set up that asks you to text your information to him, and once I did, he called me within the hour. So awesome to work with someone so attentive and responsive.

I will 100% hire MAS Landscaping again!

MAS Landscaping & Snow Removal has taken wonderful care of our property here at the F.W. Webb Company in Malden. The team is reliable and very customer service oriented, which is a pleasure. Our building opens at 6am and the parking lot is always well maintained / safe customers and staff. If you are looking for a company for commercial snow removal, look no further. MAS Landscaping & Snow Removal is the way to go.

I live in Everett and am very happy with my experience with MAS Landscaping and with Sentry Fence. We decided to get a new fence and a new front yard while we were at it. Having known Mark Scenna since we were kids at Swan Street Park, I knew I could trust him, and knowing he's been in the landscaping business for 20 years, I knew he had the know-how to get the job done, and get it done right.

Mark is as professional and reliable as he is kind. He communicated well with the fence company and with us throughout the entire process. He ripped out the 4 big evergreen bushes and offered several suggestions of different plants to go in their place. MAS Landscaping also ripped up our old cement walkway and installed a new walkway with beautiful pavers. I also decided to go with artificial turf rather than putting down new grass, and I'm glad I did. They did a great job installing it, and it looks great!

Bottom line is we have a beautiful new front yard, and we have MAS Landscaping to thank for it!!!!! (5 exclamation points, 1 for each star!)

I chose MAS Landscaping, because of his reviews and had seen pictures of his finished work. He is a perfectionist, who continually checks in with you to make sure that this is what you have imagined. When first talking with Mark, he explained how the process would go and what my ideas were. He went over and above to achieve my beautiful way. His crew were always polite and respectful. I would have him come back for any future projects.

Mark and his team were excellent to work with. Their communication throughout the project was great and they absolutely did a great job with the patio. My expectations were met and exceeded. Great job overall.

We went with MAS again after some really nice work transforming our back yard a few years ago in the Malden/Revere area. The project this time was a little side yard with a walkway leading to it. As you can see in the “before” pictures, the paver blocks lining the edge and piled up stone (with blue tarp visible underneath) was not the best look. Mark made a few design suggestions and we ended up choosing a cobblestone border and new paver walkway. We’re very happy with communication about the project, attention to detail, respect and care for the property, and of course the finished install! It looks great and I highly recommend MAS.

MAS built our stone block wall in Georgetown MA - a difficult hardscaping project with a custom paver landing with granite slabs - all designed by Mark. They were perfectionists and extremely conscientious of their work. Very considerate and clean, and even had fun while they worked! Highly recommend .

When I met Mark, I knew immediately that he was the man for the job! We hired Mark & his team at MAS Landscaping to install a patio with a fire pit. We told Mark what we wanted. He took the time to listen to our thoughts, built the design (drawing), & made incredible suggestions based on his expertise & experience which created a finished product beyond what we expected! Mark also gets his hands dirty & does the work with his team. And, his daily follow up/summary of where we stood at that point was far beyond what we expected as well. A class act with incredible ideas as the project came to life!

Mark and the MAS team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial conversation with Mark about my patio redo, it was clear that he is passionate about his work and committed to doing a quality job. The end result did not disappoint. As with any larger project, there were some unanticipated difficulties along the way, but Mark was always communicative, reasonable, and quick to find solutions. These guys know what they're doing and I highly recommend them for hardscaping services.

Mark and the team handle our snow removal at a large scale industrial property where zero tolerance for ice/snow is expected all season long. With MAS under contract, I never need to pick up the phone. The job gets done on time every time with no call backs or complaints for 3+ seasons now. Highly recommend MAS.

I can’t recommend MAS Landscaping highly enough! My husband and I recently moved into a new house, and our yard had become embarrassingly overgrown. From the moment Mark came out to provide an estimate, I knew I could trust him and his team. Not only was the quote he provided extremely reasonable, but he took the time to talk through longer-term options for our space in a pressure-free way. On the day of the yard clean-up, Caesar and Juan did a fantastic job - better than I could have imagined. They went above and beyond, even touching up areas of our sidewalk. I will absolutely be contacting Mark for future projects.

Thumbs up! 👍 Got a few different quotes on retaining wall and was impressed with Mark's Professionalism. He was finanically reasonable with quality stone and repairs. Excellent smooth business process. Removed old retaining wall around house and replaced with new within 5 days or less. Looks Beautiful, solid and I am very happy with overall outcome. It's nice coming home to an updated sleek look. Ty.
