Reviews of local pros in Saugus, Massachusetts

Capillo's Landscaping did an amazing job installing our new fence. It was not an easy job and Guy's team took it on with no issues. They went above and beyond to ensure that our dogs were secure in the yard by installing lattice at the bottom of the fence. We are looking forward to future projects with Guy and his team. Thank you so much!

Capillo’s redesigned our backyard into a more usable and aesthetically pleasing space that we love to spend time in. Patio pavers, sitting wall, privacy fence all installed with solid communication and attention to detail throughout the process. Thank you again

Could not be happier with the job MAS crew did
Took us from an overgrown mess to neat and tidy
Looking forward to do some landscaping projects with Mark

Hi - Happy to find a vendor who actually called back. Working with Mark now on what I need done with lawn and yard.

Mark and his crew are amazing. They know what they are doing and are by far, the best in the business!

These guys did a fantastic job of repairing my front and back patios that had sunk. Very responsive, very professional and very high quality work. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

It wasn't easy finding a landscape company available in Melrose, but Mark and his team have been great since we were lucky enough to get on their schedule.

We've used these guys for two years and they have been great! I think what sets them apart is their communication and problem solving. We are on a small side street in the city and they have always had a flexible approach when working in our dense neighborhood. For example, once due to unfortunate park jobs on our street, mark and his crew couldn't make it down our road. Instead of expressing any frustration to us, he just apologized that they couldn't make it down the street and explained that they'd come back in a couple of days. I was so struck by how positive and flexible he was. This was one of many reasons we signed up his crew for a second season. Highly recommended.

We have a condo building and hired MAS to handle our snow removal. They come during the storm and do a first pass to get the worst out of our parking lot. Then they come back afterwards to finish it up. That makes it a lot easier to get out if you need to leave during the storm.

They have a crew that comes with shovels and snow blowers to do our sidewalks, paths, landings. They also dig out around the dumpsters which is great, so the trash pickup can happen when the trucks show up.

I find they care about doing a good job, which makes a big difference when you're dealing with the frustrations of a snow storm.

MAS did a very exacting and precis work with excellent results. All the people I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend..

The experience I had with the owner Mark and his crew was excellent very professional and when they were scheduled to be at my home I was always notified in advance is plans changed. I would refer this company to anyone that is looking for yard clean up or lawn services. They seem to do a little bit of everything so once you see their work you will also give them a great review.

My property is small. Back issues prevent me from doing up keep so it gets ahead of me. Mark and his team do an excellent job of bringing it back up to snuff. Mark's courtesy and willingness to work with a customer are only two of the other reasons I have used the team more than once. I would recommend them highly.

Recently hired MAS to do a cleanup and mulch of my yard. It was easy to arrange, communication was clear, and they did a good job. Looking forward to continuing to work with them.

MAS is incredibly professional, reasonable, and willing to work with you on new ideas. They manage the snow maintenance and removal in our small 10 car lot, there is a little room to put the snow but somehow they get it done. Our sidewalks are always clear and our entrances are always safe. Call them!

Prompt, Courteous & Very Professional are just a few things I can say about Mark and his entire crew at M.A.S Landscaping

He always returns my calls, shows up when he says he will and puts his whole heart & soul into every job we've ever contracted him to do. Landscaping isn't just a job for Mark, it's his life and you can hear that with after just a few minutes of talking with him. So much passion and it truly shows in his work.

Why 5-Stars? Because that's as high as I could go, if I could've given Mark 10-Stars I would've and it would be well deserved. Keep up the great work Mark and I wish you much success!

Today Jaya from MAS landscaping came out to our property to do a clean out. Our back yard looks completely different, the work she did is truly amazing. I had no idea our yard was that big ! There wasn’t a stick left behind. I highly highly recommend this professional and detailed company. If you are looking for cleans outs or anything else landscaping related these are your people ! Thank you thank you thank you !

Mark and his team are the best. He kept me informed every step of the way with my new lawn installation. He is timely and professional and he even left other areas around my house looking better than when he arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. M.A.S. is your best bet.

We had MAS Landscaping do a yard clean-up on our home's entire yard end of August 2017. The yard was a mess, so to speak, after two years of little to no maintenance. The yard is quite cumbersome too, as far as it's landscape (large rock croppings, sloped back and side area, gravel, woodsy, brick walkway and large front and side deck areas). MAS did a great job removing all brush, leaves, fallen branches , excess lawn debri, pruning and trimming bushes/trees, and remove unnecessary ground plants and vines. Mark was professional and easy to work/communicate with. Him and the MAS Team were professional and it was obvious they took pride in their work. We only use MAS for a yard clean-up however I have no doubt that their other landscaping services as just as great. Thank you MAS for a job well done!

I needed a last minute cut, cleanup, and mulch job before an open house. Even though the weather was very uncooperative Mark stayed in touch and made sure to do his best to fit our job in to what was a very full schedule. I had tall wet grass throughout my property but once they were finished I didn't find a stray piece of long grass anywhere in the yard.

Mark and his team helped me with a project to redo my front yard. He was helpful, communicative, friendly, and the quality/value of work was fantastic. I highly recommend MAS for any landscaping need.

Recently hired MAS for a spring cleanup, shrub removal and mulch. They did a great job and communication was really easy and clear throughout the process. Looking forward to continue to working with them on more projects with my yard. I would definitely recommend hiring them for your yard needs!
